Raesa POV
It was tournament day as I enjoyed the festivities of the concert as well in the previous day.
Now we made it to the arena as I arrived late to sit down in my seat as the contestants have been announced by Souka.
Raesa: Let's see what they can do.
As I saw the first battle between Gozu and Mezu as Gozu was victorious.
The second match is between Masayuki and Jinrai as Jinrai forfeited as the crowd cheered for him as I sighed.
The third match is between Gobta and Gaiye with Gobta winning but I'm glad as Gaiye's attitude was pissing me off.
The fourth is between Geld and Lion Mask aka Carrion which the mask was most likely Milim's idea.
As they were evenly matched I could tell that this is about to be over.
Lion Mask: Have a taste of this!
He charged up his energy into his fist.
Lion: [Roaring Lion Punch]!
He launched a punch into Geld's gut as he's send flying through Geld creating a shockwave as Geld went unconscious as Diablo caught him.
Diablo: The match is over.
The crowd went wild as Geld did good really.
Lion Mask: You should be proud Geld, your still standing after taking one signature techniques.
Geld: You won today but I would like fight you again while holding nothing back.
Lion Mask: I feel the same way, it's been too long since I've had this much fun.
The matches end today with the quarterfinals done with the four moving on to fight in the championship matches.
As Masayuki made a speech to fight Gozu which he won without doing anything at all.
The next match is Gobta and Lion Mask.
Gobta: Let's make this quick, I got fish to catch!
Lion Mask: Don't make me laugh kid, I'll give you one last chance to surrender.
Don't underestimate Gobta as his unity with Ranga was actually a good plan as he broke Carrion's mask as he kept his hands on the damaged mask Carrion is getting barraged.
Lion Mask: I give up, that's it for now.
As he gives up I get up to teleport to Gobta and Ranga as I am at the opening.
Raesa: Good job Gobta, Ranga.
They look at me as Ranga appeared out his shadow.
Gobta: Oh, thank you my lady.
Raesa: Gobta, I know about the fusion technique between you and Ranga you've been cooking up.
Gobta: H-How did you know about that!?
Raesa: You can't use a untested or untrained ability in the tournament, which why were heading to the dungeon so you can at least get a better grasp on the strength but also speed of the form so you don't mess up tomorrow.
Ranga: It would be an honor my lady.
Gobta: You have a point that using the technique, I'm in your care lady Raesa!
