Chapter 4 - Son Of Lord - Bringing Chaos Throughout The DC Multiverse & Beyond

Synopsis: This isn't Chinese or AI; I wrote it. Chapters air Monday through Friday (5 chapters/week).

Adrian Zion Lord lived a luxurious, hedonistic, but empty life as the son of Maxwell Lord. He had everything: a mansion, housekeepers, a snake, and, of course, nearly endless money, but due to boredom, he chose to open a bar to add a spark of fun to his life.

Just before going to sleep, he hears a sudden ding, and when he opens his eyes, he is met with the Chaos Gacha system, a system that brings anything and everything from across the omniverse with a single ticket.

So now that he has something far more interesting than a Bar put right in front of his face, what should he do other than rip? But how would his fun, new, exciting life go when dealing with heroes, villains, aliens, family, secrets, and everything else?

This was inspired by Greed God- gamer lite YJ OC by MalcolmTent6730, so check that out; it's really good.

Disclaimer: I did not want to use Max. I originally planned to use Lucifer, but that didn't work out with the changes I made, and no other rich supervillain was as good as Max for the purpose of this story. So don't take it as a one-to-one copy.

Chapter 1: Start Of The Chaos, 18+

—Third Person POV—

Warning: there is a short BJ at the beginning.

Inside Gotham State University, a young man with void-black hair was in a janitor's closet with his head thrown back, a look of pleasure on his face, as a young woman who also had golden hair was sucking on his dick.

"Ahhh, that's good, Sindy, really good, keep going," the young man said as he petted her head with his left hand.

With that action, she let out a purr that vibrated throughout his cock, making him moan, and with his right hand, he toyed with and pinched her right breast.

After 5 or 7 minutes of slobbering and sucking on Sindy's part, he spoke up over the sound of Sindy slobbering and sucking on his dick.

"Urrggg, Sindy, I'm cumming," he said as he released his seed into her mouth, and she drank it up like it was her favorite drink.

As she drank up all the semen that had been released, she showed him by sticking her tongue out, and he smiled at her as his glimmering gold eyes looked into her green eyes.

"Good job, Sindy, as promised." He said as he gave her 5,000 bucks and an answer key to an upcoming test.

"Thanks, Ace. Have a wonderful rest of your day," she said as she got up and left with a happy smile on her face, even though there was still some cum and saliva on her lips.

While Adrian fixed up his pants and went on his phone, he crossed Sindy off a mental list and left the closet too.

As he walked through the hallways of Gotham University, he saw couples holding hands, walking down the hall, or leaning on the lockers, kissing or something like that.

'Damn, that was a great BJ. Sindy, the sucker isn't called that for nothing, but damn, it's so boring here. I know damn near everything taught in this school. While most, if not all, of these people are not interesting to talk to.'

As Adrian considered that, he nearly ran into one of the few people he actually found interesting at the school.

A young woman with bright blue eyes and shoulder-length red hair pulled back into a practical ponytail.

She was rather tall at five-foot-six, although that was nothing compared to Adrian's imposing six-foot-four frame.

She strode past him without so much as slowing down, heading out of the school in a noticeable hurry. Her quick pace and focused expression immediately caught his attention.

'Hmm, I wonder what she's up to.' Adrian's curiosity stirred as he watched her disappear through the doors.

Just as he was about to follow her and find out for himself, his phone rang in his pocket. He stopped, glanced down at the screen, and saw {Caller ID: Azu} flashing across it before answering.

"Hmm, what's up, Azu? You know I told you NOT to call me while I'm at school," he said, irritation bleeding into his voice as he glanced around to make sure no one nearby was paying too much attention to him.

{Oh, don't be such a fucking pussy-ass bitch. That building you wanted to buy went through, but since you clearly don't want to talk to me, I'll just go.}

A feminine voice came through the phone, sounding equal parts annoyed and angry.

There was a sharp edge to every word, something that Adrian learned to dismiss unless he wanted the conversation to become significantly more unpleasant.

The moment he understood that she had called about something important, his attitude changed, and he immediately attempted to appease her.

"Come on, Azu, you know I didn't mean it like that. Sorry. Let me get somewhere private so I can give you my full attention."

As he spoke in a deliberately placating tone, an annoyed expression remained fixed on his face.

Adrian looked down the hallway before walking into the nearest bathroom, but the moment he pushed open the door, a sharp crackling sound came from behind it.

When he looked inside, he found three people smoking near the sinks and a gay couple kissing in the back corner.

Every one of them stopped what they were doing the instant he entered, staring at him with a mixture of surprise, caution, and irritation.

Adrian's gaze shifted toward the door, where the remains of a broken wooden chair were scattered across the floor.

It had apparently been wedged beneath the handle and had snapped when he forced his way inside. For several seconds, Adrian simply looked at them, and they looked back at him.

The bathroom fell into an uncomfortable silence, aside from the faint hiss of burning cigarettes and Azu's increasingly impatient breathing through the phone. When he heard her voice again, Adrian calmly told her to wait one second.

"Get. The. Fuck. Out," he ordered, emphasizing each word as his cold gaze moved across the five guys.

They continued staring at him in confusion, while the three smokers developed visible hints of aggression in their eyes, having an internal debate about whether they should challenge him.

"See this?" Adrian asked.

Without waiting for an answer, he bent down, grabbed one of the broken pieces of the chair, and hurled it past them.

The wooden fragment smashed against the tiled wall with enough force to splinter into several smaller pieces, sending chips of wood bouncing across the floor.

Whatever courage or aggression they had been gathering disappeared immediately. All five scrambled out of the bathroom in a blur, with the couple separating and the smokers hurriedly dropping their cigarettes before fleeing.

"Now, what were you talking about?" Adrian asked as he returned his attention to the phone.

He closed and locked the bathroom door behind them, then leaned against it as though nothing unusual had happened.

{I was saying that the building you wanted in Gotham's Far Midtown is now yours. But why the fuck did you even want to buy that place? Yeah, I guess you could have a bar and some other things there, but I still don't understand what you intend to do with it or why you wanted that particular location.}

Azu sounded genuinely confused now, although some of her earlier annoyance remained.

As she spoke, she studied the maps displaying the bar's location, along with the local ratings and information about the surrounding area. From a conventional business perspective, the choice did not make much sense.

The neighborhood was far from Gotham's safest or most reputable district, and the building itself would require a fair amount of work before it became properly profitable. Adrian, however, only smiled broadly as he imagined the possibilities.

"Don't worry about it. Everything's perfectly fine," Adrian replied, his voice full of confidence, but he didn't intend to share the reason for such confidence.

"Just make sure the place is fully stocked with all the good shit. I don't want cheap liquor, watered-down garbage, or anything that tastes like it came out of a gas station toilet."

After saying that, Adrian hung up before Azu could demand another explanation. He slipped the phone back into his pocket, left the bathroom, and walked out of the university.

Once he reached the parking lot, he climbed into a sleek black-and-red Ferrari. The engine roared to life beneath him, drawing several glances from nearby students before he pulled away from the campus and drove off.

—Earth, Gotham, A Lord Owned Estate, January 1, 03:40 EST—

Adrian eventually pulled through the gates of a massive estate, guiding the Ferrari along the private driveway until he reached the mansion. After parking, he stepped out of the car and approached the entrance.

The enormous front doors were decorated with serpentine handles, each one crafted with enough detail to resemble a living snake frozen in metal. Adrian grasped them without hesitation and pushed the doors open.

"I'm homeeee!" Adrian yelled into the mansion, allowing his voice to echo through the expansive entrance hall.

A moment later, a long, thick python emerged from somewhere above and began slithering down toward him.

Adrian opened his arms wide without the slightest trace of fear, and the python wrapped its heavy body around him.

It did not constrict hard enough to hurt him. Instead, the movement resembled an affectionate, if somewhat unconventional, hug.

"Medusa, did you miss your daddy?" Adrian asked in a soft, placating tone, gently running one hand along the snake's scales.

Medusa stared at him before releasing a quiet hiss that could have meant affection, annoyance, or a demand for food.

She then loosened her coils, slipped away from his body, and disappeared into a narrow opening in the wall.

From there, she traveled through the hidden passages of the mansion to God only knew where.

"Welcome home, Young Master," a group of maids greeted him in unison as they bowed respectfully.

Adrian casually waved one hand, allowing them all to stand upright again, but he said nothing to them.

He was accustomed to their presence, their formal greetings, and the order of the estate that they maintained, so he couldn't give much care to them; they were just doing a job.

Without pausing for conversation, he walked up the stairs and continued down the corridor until he reached a room with a large sign attached to the door that read: KEEP THE FUCK OUT.

Adrian entered his room, shut the door behind him, and turned on "A Little Death" by The Neighbourhood.

As the music filled the room, he sat at his computer and began researching everything required to own, care for, maintain, and ultimately profit from a Supper Club.

He looked into liquor licenses, local regulations, staffing expenses, supplier contracts, insurance, security systems, renovation costs, and Gotham's extensive history of violent incidents involving bars, clubs, and restaurants.

The more he read, the clearer it became that owning a Supper Club in Gotham involved far more than serving drinks and collecting money.

Fortunately, Adrian had never been afraid of difficult investments, especially when those investments served the purpose of quenching his boredom, if only for a moment.

After several hours of research, Adrian finally pushed himself away from the computer and stood.

His eyes felt strained from staring at the screen, and the various lists of expenses and permits had begun to blur together.

Deciding he had done enough for one night, he walked into the bathroom to take a shower.

When Adrian eventually stepped out, warm steam followed him into the room. Beads of water clung to his muscular yet lean body, slowly tracing the defined contours of his chest and abdomen.

His broad shoulders and sharply defined six-pack caught the light as he reached for a towel, while droplets slid down his skin and soaked into the fabric wrapped around his waist.

Once he had dried himself completely, Adrian put on a pair of boxers and climbed into bed without bothering to wear a shirt.

He picked up his phone and spent the next thirty minutes scrolling through social media, occasionally pausing to read something mildly interesting or shake his head at the stupidity filling his feed.

Eventually, exhaustion began to settle over him, and his eyelids grew heavier with every passing minute.

Just as Adrian was about to fall asleep, a distinct ding sounded inside his head, and his eyes snapped open.

Adrian shot upright as golden mist erupted from his hands, spreading through the room in thin, curling streams.

His entire body became tense and alert as he scanned his surroundings with open vigilance, searching for an intruder or the source of the noise.

Although it was night and most of the room was covered in darkness, he could still see perfectly well. Every shadow, corner, and potential hiding place remained visible to him.

[Calm down, host 666AZL. I am not physically present within your environment, nor do I pose a direct physical threat.]

A cold, automated voice echoed inside Adrian's head, and his expression immediately hardened.

Without hesitation, Adrian drew back his fist and punched himself directly in the face, testing whether he was dreaming or trapped inside some kind of illusion.

"Arrgh," Adrian grunted in pain as he pulled his fist away and rubbed the spot he had struck.

The dull ache spreading through his face confirmed that he was awake, although it did nothing to explain the strange voice speaking inside his mind.

[Self-inflicted physical trauma serves no logical purpose. It produces unnecessary pain and creates the risk of rendering you unconscious.]

The automated voice spoke again, remaining completely devoid of emotion. It sounded neither concerned nor amused by his reaction. If anything, it seemed to be stating a simple fact.

This time, Adrian did nothing reckless. His instincts still demanded that he locate and eliminate the threat, but there was nothing tangible for him to attack.

He slowly lay back against his pillows, although his muscles remained tense and the golden mist continued drifting around his hands.

If the entity wanted to speak, he would allow it to speak long enough to reveal what it was and what it wanted.

"So, what the fuck are you?" Adrian asked. "A telepath, a system, or a demon?"

Adrian's entire demeanor shifted as he spoke. The earlier irritation and surprise vanished, replaced by an emotionless, chilling calm.

His voice became flat and colder than Antarctica, while his gaze remained fixed on the darkness ahead of him.

Beneath that outward stillness, his mind raced through every possible explanation, every defense he could attempt, and every method he might use to remove an unwanted presence from his head.

[I am the Chaos Gacha System. This form of direct communication is a one-time occurrence intended to establish and initialize the system. It will not occur again after initialization is complete.]

The CGS-AI responded with the same flat tone, as though awakening inside a stranger's mind and announcing the existence of an impossible system were perfectly routine. Adrian frowned.

The answer gave him information, but it did not give him control, and that loss of control was like adding gasoline to a rapidly growing anger inside him.

"The fuck do you mean by a one-time interaction?" Adrian demanded. "Explain what the fuck you are and how the HELL you got inside my head!"

His voice rose with every word as the sensation of losing control began to consume him. Adrian despised uncertainty, but he hated helplessness even more.

His eyes started glowing with a dark, glimmering golden light, and gold mist gathered around him in restless waves.

[Host agitation is unnecessary. The Chaos Gacha System converts your Feats into random reward draws. System installation was triggered through the luck of the draw, which was granted by the mercy of [Redacted].]

The CGS-AI explained its function without hesitation. However, when it reached the final portion of its explanation, something appeared to interfere with the response.

The last piece of information was forcibly replaced by a redaction, as if a vastly more powerful entity had deliberately prohibited the system from revealing the name.

The abrupt censorship only reinforced the impression that the voice was exactly what it claimed to be. An artificial intelligence serving as a fragment or tool of some unknown higher power.

"What do you mean by 'the luck of the draw'?" Adrian asked. The phrase left him momentarily stumped. His anger did not disappear, but confusion began competing with it.

He could understand the basic idea of earning random rewards through Feats, even if he did not yet know what qualified as a Feat or how valuable those rewards might be.

Everything surrounding the system's origin, however, remained unclear. Every answer seemed to create several more questions, and Adrian had never enjoyed being deliberately kept in the dark.

[I am merely the entity assigned to grant and explain the Chaos Gacha System. Everything beyond that is for you, and you alone, to discover.]

The voice delivered the statement with a complete lack of care or emotion. It offered no sympathy for his confusion, no concern for his anger, and no indication that it intended to provide anything else.

After giving its final explanation, the synthetic presence vanished entirely from Adrian's mind. The intrusive sensation disappeared so suddenly that the resulting silence felt unnatural.

All that remained was a dim, static interface fading into his passive awareness, hovering at the edge of his perception.

Adrian remained seated for several moments, staring ahead as he processed the knowledge that had been abruptly dumped into his mind. He could sense the system, even if he did not fully understand it.

He knew it was real, knew it could reward him for completing Feats, and knew that someone or something had deliberately chosen to give it to him. What he did not know was why.

"This system... I'll deal with it later," Adrian muttered, rubbing his face as exhaustion began overpowering his anger. "But for now, I need sleep."

After saying that aloud to no one, Adrian lay back down and closed his eyes. He did not notice the hawk perched outside his window, its unnatural green eyes watching him with unsettling intelligence.

The bird remained still for several seconds, silently observing the room and its sleeping occupant before spreading its wings and flying off into Gotham's dark sky.

From the opening in the wall created specifically for her, Medusa continued watching Adrian. Her tongue flicked through the air as she stared at him, then toward the window where the hawk had disappeared.

The enormous python seemed to release an almost humanlike sigh. She finally withdrew her head and slithered back into the hidden passages within the walls, leaving Adrian to sleep in silence.
