Clint walked awkwardly as Elwyn kept pulling him by the collar. He tried to keep his balance while his boots scraped against the floor.
'Good thing no one is around,' Clint thought. 'This is embarrassing.'
He spoke in a low voice, trying not to sound too annoyed. "Let go already," he said, but Elwyn did not bother to answer. He just kept walking, his grip firm like he was dragging a bag.
After a few minutes, they reached a large open hall filled with students. The glowing path from earlier ended there. Elwyn stopped in front of the entrance and finally released Clint's collar.
"Go attend the orientation," Elwyn said firmly. "We'll talk later."
Clint sighed and brushed his coat. "Tsk. Fine," he muttered.
He walked inside and joined the line of students already standing in rows. The sound of voices filled the air as someone was already speaking on the stage.
"Great," Clint muttered again, rolling his eyes. He had no idea who the man was.
