As those words fell, the two CP0 agents shot straight toward the high platform where Rosinante stood.
Their speed was terrifying. In a flash, they appeared in front of Rosinante, their fists striking toward him almost simultaneously.
"Silence."
Rosinante raised a single palm and caught one of the CP0 agent's punches.
There was no visible force in that palm, yet dense, concentrated power of stillness gathered in his hand, effortlessly neutralizing the CP0 agent's attack.
As he dispersed the punch, Rosinante flicked his arm, and the CP0 agent was flung away uncontrollably.
At the same time, Rosinante shifted his body back slightly, dodging the other CP0 agent's strike.
"Release, Sovereign Shatter," Rosinante said calmly as he slowly raised his fist.
Then he punched forward.
The moment his fist moved, an incomparably domineering aura surged forth.
Conqueror's Haki.
But how was this possible? How could Conqueror's Haki possess direct offensive power?
Shock filled the CP0 agent's eyes.

"Damn it, Rosinante, have you gone mad? Do you know what this means? Aren't you afraid of starting a war?" Sengoku shouted.
"Sengoku, I already told you," Rosinante said calmly. "The war has already begun. From the moment the Celestial Dragons decided to target me, the war had already started. Let me tell you the truth. Just now, while you thought you had me cornered, my four main divisions launched wars against several World Government member nations across the Four Seas."
"Sengoku, I told you before, you misjudged the situation. The sea today is the sea of the Great Pirate Era. It is no longer an era where the Navy and the World Government can dominate alone."
Hearing those words, Sengoku's expression changed again and again.
"Rosinante, what have you done?" Sengoku asked grimly.
"Nothing much," Rosinante replied indifferently. "I just invited a few special guests."
Sengoku and Garp exchanged another look, worry clearly surfacing on their faces.
At that moment, a Navy officer came running over in a panic, his face filled with urgency.
"Report! Traces of the Whitebeard Pirates, the Big Mom Pirates, and the Beasts Pirates have been discovered near the coast!" the officer shouted.
"What?!" Sengoku exclaimed in shock.
