"Using one as an example to warn the others, huh? Interesting! Your Majesty, when the time comes, please let me make a move!" Enel's eyes gleamed with excitement as he spoke.
"There's no need for you to ask. I was already planning on it. It's time for you to show your face to the world. With your current strength, staying on Boin Archipelago for more training won't help you improve anymore. The only way to break through now… is to fight a true powerhouse," Rosinante replied calmly.
"As for the reserve troops, leave them to Bins. Tell him that unless anyone's life is in danger, he shouldn't interfere. Have Ryan bring his men over and gather here," Rosinante ordered with a faint tone.
"Yes, sir!" Shaxia immediately took out a Den Den Mushi and began dialing Ryan's number.
Rosinante and his group then started walking toward Zone One.
Whoosh!
They hadn't gone far when, all of a sudden, a figure flashed and appeared beside Rosinante.
"Your Majesty, all of the World Government's spies have been captured. To avoid provoking any immediate reaction from them, we've temporarily detained the agents," Ryan reported.
Rosinante said nothing and continued walking toward Zone One. He only ever cared about the results — the details behind them never concerned him.
Ryan understood his ruler's way of doing things. So after reporting, he fell silent and followed Rosinante without another word.
Whoosh, whoosh, whoosh!
One after another, men dressed in black tailcoats appeared. None of them spoke — they simply followed silently behind Rosinante, their expressions calm yet stern. Their collective aura surged violently, forming a pressure so intense that it made onlookers shiver.
"Who are these people? What a terrifying presence…" muttered a pirate crew that had just arrived at the Sabaody Archipelago. They were in the lawless zone, looking for someone to coat their ship, when they saw Rosinante's group passing by.
"Every single one of them gives off a powerful aura… and they're all from the same faction? That's insane!" exclaimed a black-market merchant nearby.
Having dealt with pirates for years, he knew strength when he saw it. Any one of these men could easily outmatch most captains he'd seen. But here, dozens of such individuals were walking together — all under one banner.
"So strong… every single one of them is stronger than me. From the look of it, something big is about to go down!"
"Zone One is up ahead — that's where the Human Auctioning House is. Are they heading there to buy slaves?"
"Buy slaves? No… that looks more like they're going to tear the place apart!"
"No way! The people running that auction have powerful backers — even the Celestial Dragons do business with them. Who would dare attack that place?"
As Rosinante marched forward, more and more of his BloodSworn Royal Guards gathered behind him. By the time he set foot in Zone One, dozens of black-suited enforcers had assembled at his back.
Their strength was nothing to scoff at — the weakest among them could rival pirates with bounties in the tens of millions, and most were at the level of captains worth over a hundred million. Their arrival drew the eyes of countless pirates scattered around Sabaody.
In a dimly lit bar in District Thirteen, a sultry woman exhaled a puff of smoke and glanced toward the red-haired man at the counter. "Shanks, keep an eye on that Rosinante. It looks like he's planning something big today."
"Oh, I'm not surprised. Wherever that man goes, things always happen," Shanks said with a grin.
"But this time, his opponent isn't some small fry," Shakky said as she tapped her cigarette on the ashtray. "He's going up against the kings of the underworld — people who do business with the World Government and even the Celestial Dragons. Their network runs deep. If he crosses them, he'll be making enemies of the entire black market."
Shanks chuckled. "Rosinante isn't the kind of man anyone needs to worry about."
"By the way, Aunt Shakky, are you sure you don't know where old man Rayleigh is these days?" Shanks asked.
"I really don't. Maybe he's at a casino, maybe at a bar… or who knows, maybe he's being auctioned off right now," Shakky replied with a smirk.
"Seriously? I was hoping to see him again before entering the New World…" Shanks sighed.
Rosinante led his people deeper into Zone One, heading straight for the grand Human Auctioning House at the center.
Buru buru buru buru!
Suddenly, the Den Den Mushi in Shaxia's arms began ringing.
"Who's calling?" she asked as she picked it up.
"It's me! Where's that bastard Rosinante?" came a familiar, sharp voice — it was Zashika.
"Your Majesty, it's Zashika," Shaxia said, handing the Den Den Mushi to Rosinante.
"Oh, Zashika! What's up?" Rosinante said lightly.
"You bastard! Where the hell are you? Didn't I tell you I'd come pick you up? I went to your place and it was empty!" Zashika's voice rang out angrily through the Den Den Mushi.
Hearing that tone, Enel frowned, lightning flickering across his body. How dare this man speak so rudely to His Majesty?
"Oh, my apologies, my apologies," Rosinante said with a chuckle. "You were sleeping like a pig, so I figured if I waited for you to wake up and come get me, I'd be waiting forever. I couldn't help myself — I've already headed out. I'm at the Human Auctioning House in Zone One right now. If you're interested, come on over. Something very interesting is about to happen." His eyes gleamed as he spoke.
"Something interesting? What kind of interesting?" Zashika asked curiously.
"Killing people. A lot of people," Rosinante replied.
"Killing people? Now that's interesting! How could I miss out on that? Zone One, right? I'll be right there!" Zashika said eagerly.
After she spoke, Rosinante hung up and strode toward the grand entrance of the Human Auctioning House.
Meanwhile, in the office of Fleet Admiral Sengoku at Marine Headquarters, the atmosphere was tense. Sengoku set down his Den Den Mushi, his face dark with frustration.
"What the hell is Rosinante planning? He's moving on such a massive scale… First he captures all the World Government's spies, and now, according to reports, he's brought in a whole bunch of kids from Skypiea — they're storming through the lawless zones, hunting down slave traders. What's he trying to do, wipe out the entire black market?" Sengoku muttered grimly.
The World Government had just called, furious that all their agents had suddenly gone silent in Sabaody. Their vivre cards showed they were still alive, but every line of communication had been severed.
At the same time, marines stationed in Sabaody reported the sudden appearance of numerous powerful youths — all with small wings on their backs, unmistakably from Skypiea. They were rampaging through the lawless zones, slaughtering human traffickers.
There was no question about it — these "child soldiers from the sky" had been sent by Rosinante.
And now the World Government was demanding to know: did the Marines have any idea what was going on?
Even the local marine base was calling in, urgently requesting orders on what to do next…
