Hold on guys. it has come to my attention that a lot of you have a flawed understanding of how his infinity barrier works.
Did i ever explicitly state that Infinity is always active? No.
In fact, i remember clearly stating in chapter 10 that infinity is draining and only lasts several hours a day if he keeps it on constantly.
If you guys felt like he was saying that to deceive the Testers, then frankly you are wrong. For this point, I can take full responsibility for not Making it clear enough.
If you got this information from the chapter scene In chapter fifteen where he stopped the paper ball his classmates threw at him, I can only ask you to read it again.
I never said infinity was automatic or Always on. He just simply noticed beforehand because people were already throwing him stuff and decided to activate infinity just to look cool.
In my view, this should be what a normal Teenager might do. If you feel otherwise, then I can also take this as my fault for not explaining properly.
But I would like you all to note that Ken isn't a thirty or forty year old Transmigrator with a mature mindset. He is 17 in both lifetimes. 17!!!
Practically a teenager. I feel it is something I would have done simply for flex if I could. If you still think otherwise, then our point of views simply clash on this one. Not rare. Happens all the time.

The MC is not an edgelord.
By this point in the storyline, he had lived several months without experiencing any harm or danger of any kind and wanted to relax in a park before his first day of school. He found it relaxing.
Everyone has those moments. Or I at least believe so because I do. If you don't, then sorry but your life must be very miserable.
Not to mention all for one has the documentation of his power description from the Hero association. It is clearly stated he doesn't put it on All the time and can't sustain it forever.
If you think that it is too much of a stretch to think that all for one can logically pick a date to do something like this when the enemy is most likely off guard and the enemy has no idea he is being targeted, then you are simply giving a master manipulator who controlled an era in history too little credit.
My MC is not unbeatable, or unable to be tricked or caught off guard. If I wanted that, I would have simply given him full infinity and six eyes and Cursed energy, end of story.
In my point of view, only an edgy, overly Cautious, extremely paranoid guy would still turn on infinity in this situation when he is not expecting any harm and hasn't been harmed for months or come even remotely close to it for crying out loud and is trying to actively relax.
I once again beckon you all to think with your brains.
I don't really understand how hard it is to see this common logic. If that is the kind of MC you are looking for, overly cautious without any flaws, weaknesses and always paranoid and on guard against everything, then frankly, you have read too many cultivation novels because frankly, that is not how a normal human being operates.
Humans have weak moments, times they are relaxed, off guard, or just in case.
The opposite is basically a half step edgelord who has experienced some kind of horrible tragedy and sees never to trust anyone and anything again.
He is one step away from committing murder to fulfill his goals and becoming emotionally apathetic.
I have written enough of those type of Mc's .
Also, He already has his analysis Quirk under control. I explicitly mentioned this in the previous chapters o the Recommendation exams. He can turn it on and off and at that moment, he has it off.
Call it forced plot, I call it coincidence.
I posted three chapters Extra just to clear up that the mind control isn't really going to have any consequences whatsoever and to use it to introduce better arcs and make way for the reveal of his fourth power. Because I understand that Webnovel readers are inherently paranoid and for good reason.
I am a Webnovel reader too so I can understand and sympathize.
Those extra chapters were simply to clarify for people who just feel something bad is going to happen like him being forced to harm people, be turned into a minion, or do something edgy and grimdark like kill his mother.
This is for those readers who are just worried about the possibilities but still love the plot development so far.
They deserve that much.
But for the rest of you? If you guys are after the nigh flawless protagonist that i described above, by all means, please read something else. Because you will frankly not get that here.
I already accepted that a large amount of people will simply stop reading. I will continue writing for those who trust me and remain.
Frankly, none of you are special enough to warrant me to cater to keep you at all costs. 😂😂😂 Not even close. I am being completely relatable when I say that those people are on my patreon and not here.
I appreciate the audience and your opinion as it will help me grow, but I will not beg you to stay either.
So If you feel the book isn't to your liking, then either go and read something else or go write your own. And if you are going to leave a bad review, at least explain why you hate it properly and don't mislead others who would actually like this.
Classify it that you do not like the way the story development went down. Not that the book is trash.
