Chapter 94: An Objective to Turn the Entire World Upside Down

Aoi looked at Eri, who had fallen asleep in his lap, her small chest rising and falling in peaceful rhythm. The room was quiet except for the soft ticking of the clock on the wall and the distant hum of the house settling for the night. He smiled gently, brushing a strand of hair from her face with careful fingers, then slowly lifted her tiny form. He carried her to another sofa across the room, laying her down with the tenderness of someone handling something infinitely precious. He pulled a thick, soft blanket from the nearby chair and tucked it around her, making sure every corner was secure. She stirred slightly but didn't wake, nestling deeper into the cushions with a small sigh.

At that moment, his mother arrived, followed closely by Rumi, Nemuri, and Ryuko. They moved quietly, sensing the weight of the moment, and settled around the living room table. The overhead light cast warm shadows across their faces as they waited.

Aoi took his seat at the head of the table, his posture straight but his eyes carrying a quiet storm. He began recounting everything—how he had found Eri's location, the infiltration, the confrontation with Chisaki's subordinates, the brutal efficiency of his attack, the careful deception to keep Chisaki believing he would return for the formula, and finally the rescue itself. He spoke in measured tones, sparing no detail but keeping his voice low so Eri wouldn't wake.

When he finished, the room was silent for several long seconds.

Rumi was the first to react. Her fist slammed down on the table hard enough to make the cups rattle.

—Those pieces of trash! How could they do that to a child? Using her blood for anti-quirk bullets...

Nemuri's usual playful expression had vanished, replaced by cold fury.

—What horrible people. How did they have the courage to hurt that little one?

Ryuko's voice was low and serious, almost clinical in its calm.

—Now I understand why you put on that whole act for Chisaki not to suspect. Her ability to create anti-quirk bullets is something any villain would want to get their hands on, and especially the government, who wouldn't let her out of surveillance. She wouldn't be a child—she'd be a resource to be used.

Rei looked at Eri sleeping peacefully on the sofa, her hands trembling slightly in her lap.

—How can they do that?

Aoi's smile was small and bitter.

—The right question is: what can't they do?

He took a deep breath, steadying himself, and continued.

—You know, girls, when I saw Eri there trembling with fear, I wondered if there were other Eris out there. And you know the saddest part of that thought? I know there are. And even with the creation of several orphanages funded by the company...

He clenched his fist on the table, knuckles whitening.

—I feel like I'm not doing enough.

Rei looked at her son, her eyes soft but helpless, unsure what words could possibly reach him in that moment.

Aoi met their gazes one by one.

—You know the problem I'm facing is that, with all the plans for Jupiter and everything else already in motion, I can't find an excuse not to help.

Rumi's fierce expression softened into something almost proud.

—You know, the fact that you have to find an excuse not to help shows just how much you want to help.

Nemuri's smile was gentle, reassuring.

—You already have the plans for our family ready. So if something inside you is telling you to help, do it.

Ryuko leaned forward slightly, her voice steady and warm.

—If you feel something inside you pushing you in that direction, just follow it. We're here to support you and help with this.

Aoi listened to them, and something shifted in his expression. The tension in his shoulders eased, replaced by a slow, wild smile that spread across his face.

—You know what I'm going to do? It's not just catching some villains. I'm talking about something that will turn this world upside down in a way that it will be impossible for it to ever go back to the way it was before.

Rumi's eyes lit up with the same feral excitement.

—Then let us help you turn this world upside down.

Ryuko leaned in.

—So what's the plan?

Aoi's smile widened, his voice gaining strength as he began to lay it out.

—The plan is this. First, we're going to create a project to establish a civil driving school where, after one year of training, they will earn a license to use their quirk in everyday life. And to be teachers, we can hire low-rank heroes who are dissatisfied with their lives and pay, and we can also hire retired ex-heroes who stepped down due to physical or mental issues to teach the civilians. And of course it's not free: they'll have to pay. That money will cover salaries and taxes to make the government try to accept it, since there's a lot of money involved.

He continued without pause, the words flowing faster now.

And we're also going to create something like a driver's license for quirks: if they overuse their power, they get fined. And we can also create sports stadiums like soccer, basketball, where they can use their quirks to play, creating beautiful scenes like a kick like a tornado of fire or the goalkeeper making an earth barrier, or in basketball him making a super jump from one end of the court to the other. It's going to be epic. And since I have the capability, I can create healing chambers so they can play for real without fear of dying. And we can also hire whatever rank heroes want to be referees or team coaches. And we can also give trophies and money to recreate the sports before quirks and sell tickets and make money and such. Sports will attract visitors from all over the world to Japan, generating revenue to watch the games.

And about the age to get the license, we can set it at the first year of elementary school. That way we'll create a world where a father can have a picnic and use his quirk to make his children smile without fear of being arrested. And on the other side we can give sports where those with quirks that aren't suited for combat, like big hands or big legs, can find their place without needing to turn to crime to feel like someone.

As he spoke, his Conqueror's Haki began to radiate around him unconsciously, blue flames flickering along his arms and shoulders like living energy. The air in the room grew warmer, charged with his presence. He leaned forward, eyes bright.

—What do you think of turning the world upside down with me?

Rumi was about to shout yes when another voice cut through the room.

—Of course yes, you extras!

They turned to see Bakugou, Izuku, Lida, Kirishima, Kaminari, Momo, Mina, Uraraka, and Tsuyu standing in the doorway, clearly having listened to the entire conversation.

Bakugou stepped forward first, grinning like a maniac.

—Your plan is the craziest thing I've ever seen in my life. I'm excited to make it come true.

Izuku's eyes were shining.

—Yes, Aoi. If your plan works, we can end forever those who became villains by accident.

Lida adjusted his glasses, trying to sound reasonable.

—It's a good plan, but everything has to be approved by the government to get off the ground first.

Kirishima laughed.

—Come on Lida, don't kill the vibe! This is a plan that if it works will change the world as we know it.

Momo frowned thoughtfully.

—But will this little training time be enough to teach all these people to use their powers safely?

Aoi waved a hand dismissively.

—Ah, ignoring the fact that you were eavesdropping... Yes, Momo, it will. For a simple reason: most who will go to the civil school are people with weak quirks who can't get into UA or other prestigious schools. And if with training even someone with strong power like my old man can safely walk the streets and use his powers, I don't see why a civilian with the power to run faster can't.

Mina bounced on her toes.

—Yes, that's a good point. But how are they going to listen to you? After all, I don't think a bunch of adults in the government are going to listen to what a teenager has to say about laws.

Tsuyu tilted her head.

—Mina has a point. They won't even look at the project and will ignore it.

Aoi laughed, the sound genuine and full of confidence.

—Yes, they can ignore it if I present this project. But if we combine my money with All Might's popularity, we can make this plan move forward. And if the government decides to ignore me, I can play "I don't work here anymore" and move my companies to another country.

Izuku frowned in thought.

—It's true that if Professor All Might helps with this plan plus Aoi's money greatly increases the chances. But the professor doesn't have much time for that.

Aoi looked at Izuku, his smile turning almost mischievous.

—Izuku, the flames are fading. So we have to have a plan so the world doesn't go dark when it happens.

Izuku's eyes widened.

—Is your plan...

Aoi nodded.

—Yes. He will be the president of this school. The people trust him.

Kirishima pumped his fist.

—So if we manage to convince Professor All Might, we're much closer to that world!

Aoi said simply:

—Yes, we are.

Then his expression grew serious again.

—There's just one problem: if we want this project to succeed, it means we will become the most hated enemies of all the villains in Japan. Because if this plan works, there won't be any more frustrated people to turn into their soldiers. So they will want to kill us with full force. So do you still want to participate in this?

Bakugou's grin turned feral.

—Do you really think I'm going to be afraid of a bunch of potatoes in the dark? Let them come. I'm going to blow them all up.

Izuku's face hardened with resolve.

—If they get so desperate to kill us, then that means this plan is right. I'm not going to falter on this.

Tsuyu smiled softly.

—I know I can't be much help, but I want to help make this beautiful future a reality.

Aoi looked at all of them—the determination in their eyes, the fire in their expressions—and felt something warm settle in his chest.

—Then let's turn this entire world upside down and bring hope to this gray world.

They answered in unison:

—Yes!

Aoi looked at them smiling and thought:

—Yes, your enemies are just the villains. Mine are those old foxes in the government. But with their secrets in hand and with money and with All Might's strength that I'm going to show them after rescuing Lady Nagant, I'm going to stop them from making stupid moves. After all, losing a rich and powerful guy to another country like the United States isn't something these politicians are going to want, right?

Rumi leaned forward.

—Aoi, there's just one problem.

Aoi raised an eyebrow.

—What is it?

Rumi said:

—They won't say we're arming civilians.

Aoi's smile returned, sharp and confident.

—That's why it's only going to be one year. We're not going to teach fighting or anything like that. We're going to teach them to use their quirk in everyday life without hurting anyone. Like using fire power to roast their chickens on the street, thus attracting customers with their fire control, like creating small fire animals to roast the chicken, thus drawing attention and making money.

Nemuri nodded.

—In other words, it's going to be something purely for everyday life.

Aoi said:

—Yes, that's it.

Ryuko added:

—And the fines guarantee that they use quirks like getting in the way of a villain's prison.

Rei, her earlier trembling replaced by excitement, said:

—And the sports centers guarantee that they have a supervised place to use their quirks to the maximum and with healing chambers they can be rescued in emergencies without wasting time.

Aoi continued:

—Yes, it's a system of using the right amount of power in the right place. And the more destructive the power, the less they can use. Like fire only up to a maximum of one meter on the street. Beyond that it's a fine.

Ryuko said:

—It's a very stable system.

Aoi said:

—There are still many small errors to correct, but if it works the whole world can change by following Japan's example.

Izuku's eyes widened.

—In other words, we can help people around the world if it works.

Aoi said:

—Yes, sir. We can make it work well in Japan. Other countries will copy, helping a lot of people in the process.

Aoi said smiling:

—And that's why I can't and must not fail.

Everyone hearing this fell silent with the weight of the responsibility of having the chance to change the world.

Aoi looked at his hand and thought:

—I can use the Kamino incident when All Might lost his powers for this. Right now the people are desperate and this enters at the perfect moment for my other plan which is to put a ranking of heroes or villains that serves for something. It would be like this based on One Punch Man.

Hero Ranks (Response Capability)

This system defines who should be sent to each situation, ensuring no one is overloaded or sent to unnecessary death.

Rank S (Strategic Level): Heroes who possess individual power to stop threats that can destroy cities or nations. Their role is to be the last resort and the guarantee of humanity's survival.

Rank A (Elite Operational Level): Heroes with high combat power and leadership. They are field captains who manage major crises and coordinate support teams.

Rank B (Support and Specialization Level): Heroes focused on specific functions (rescue, healing, containment, logistics). They are the backbone of the system, ensuring Rank S and A can fight without worrying about civilians or injured.

Rank C (Patrol and Proximity Level): Heroes who deal with public order and small incidents. They are the eyes of the system on the streets and the first contact with the population.

Villain Ranks (Threat Level)

The villain system abandons moral analysis and focuses on the scale of destruction the individual can cause.

Wolf Level: Threat to a small group of people or an establishment. Can be resolved by Police or Rank C heroes.

Tiger Level: Threat to the lives of a large number of people in a neighborhood or sector. Requires intervention by Rank B heroes or coordinated teams.

Demon Level: Threat to the functionality or existence of an entire city. Requires Rank A heroes and mass evacuation protocols.

Dragon Level: Threat to the destruction of multiple cities or an entire state. Requires immediate mobilization of Rank S heroes.

God Level: Threat of human extinction or total collapse of civilization. Maximum emergency situation where all available resources (Rank S and cutting-edge technology) are used.

Aoi placed his hand on his chin and thought:

—If I do this right, I have to make sure Mirio and Izuku don't lose their powers so I can pass these school and strongest-in-Japan jobs to them. I don't want to stay here and I can't, so the only thing left is to resolve these shits and when I finish I'll pass it to Izuku. After all, that was always his dream. I'll go to my planet to enjoy life and it's a good plan anyway.

Aoi looked at Izuku smiling happily and thought:

—Grow well, my little 24-hour worker. You want to be the new symbol of peace. I'll help you and you help me not work and be a space bum. It's a good deal, right?
