A few minutes later, after explaining to Usopp that robbing the wealthy family was a joke and paying for their food, Usopp was back to laughing and leading them to the house they lived in.
"Man, am I glad you guys were joking? It seems my judgment is right about you guys being good guys."
"Well I wouldn't call us the good guys at the end of the day we are pirates after all there's no such thing as a good pirate and a bad pirate there are just good people and bad people and both can be pirate the only reason we came here is to restock our provisions and to see if they can sell us a ship I'm hoping they just give it to us."
"What do you guys plan on doing once you leave this island?"
"Well, we need a few more people to join our crew before heading to the Grand Line. We need a doctor, a cook, a musician, and a navigator. Hey, Usopp, you said you want to be a pirate. How about joining my crew? I would love to have someone like you aboard my ship. Besides, even in the Grand Line, I bet we wouldn't find a lot of people as good with a slingshot as you."
"You guys want me to join your crew?"
"Well, yeah, even though you're a coward, you're brave in your own right because not a lot of people would try to scare us off, even if they were scared. Is that the house they live in?"
"Yeah, that's right, that's where they live."
Well, in the One Piece world, things are weird because in the manga, their house was only one floor, but in the anime and it's now a two-floor house. As I was thinking about that, I walked up to one of the two security guards guarding the house. I said
"Excuse me, sir, I would like to speak to the owner of the house and tell them it's extremely urgent."
"Who are you guys and what's the emergency?"
"My name is Portgas D. Ace, I'm a pirate, and those are members of my crew. I wouldn't call it an emergency, I would just like to talk to them sooner rather than later."
As soon as I said I was a pirate, both of them pulled out their pistols, and they were about to point them at me. I pulled my sword out and cut one in half, and Zoro did the same for the other one, and Zoro said.
"You can calm down, we didn't come here to cause trouble, we just want to buy a ship from you."
After Zoro said that, I said
"Just think about it, what kind of pirates would come and cause trouble and tell you he's a pirate?"
"What is going on here?"
Even though we weren't extremely loud, a woman with a hat to block out the sun came out with Merry. That woman looks like Kaya, but she's older than Kaya. If I had to guess, that's Kaya's mother.
"It's nothing, Miss Maya, it seems like pirates came here and they said they wanted to meet you, they claimed it was an emergency."
She looks at the floor and sees that both of the security guards' pistols were cut in half, and she looks at me, who is still holding my sword, and she says.
"What can I do for you pirates? What is the emergency?"
"Well we are a newly formed pirate crew and as you know a pirate crew needs to have a pirate ship all we have is a small little boat that soon won't be big enough to hold our ever expanding crew and we heard that a butler named Merry designed and had a ship built named the Going Merry we were hoping to buy from you or better yet we were hoping you could just give it to us."
