The Eruption. The purple energy on the horizon of Chiba Academy continued to grow, the purple lightning cutting through the sky like wounds. This was the epicenter of the chaos, and, crucially, where the protagonists would be.
The dash to Chiba Academy was a blur of pain, paranoia, and the building sound of a tense soundtrack. He sped past abandoned cars, collapsing structures, and more zombies, swiftly dodging or dispatching them using the agility and strength of Abel's body, now fueled by desperation and nervous energy.
Upon reaching the Academy gates, the scene brought him to an abrupt halt. The courtyard lay in partial ruin. And there, amidst the destruction and beneath a storm of purple energy, stood the main players. Raiden Mei, with her flowing purple hair, enveloped in the terrifying aura of the Herrscher of Thunder, her eyes glowing with power.
Closer to the ground, hidden among partially destroyed buildings he heard voices and sounds of battle. "Artemis, watch out! More of them!" "Kyuusyou, use your powers of gravity them!" "Yuna, use your toxins in Mei Now!" "I can't! Her energy is too strong! Mei-senpai... she's no longer in control!"
He followed the voices, sneaking closer. In a clearing, girls were fighting desperately against a solitary figure.
Kyuusyou (from Houkai Gakuen 2), with her distinct purple hair, Yuna (from Honkai Impact 3rd), with her blue purple hair, and the two silver-white haired Kianas: the original Kiana (HG2) and Artermis Kaslana, a clone of kiana with the second core of the Herrscher of the Void, whom Kiana (HG2) considered her sister.
Just like K423 from Honkai Impact 3rd, this Kiana has personality problems, but in this case it could be a more serious case where we have two Sirin personalities sleeping, the vengeful Sirin who wants to destroy the world and a Sirin who still has the conscience of a child. There were also Bronya, Sin Mal, Seele and Veliona who are members of anti-entropy who disguised themselves as students and are waiting for the mecha troop sent by cocolia.
But the characters that caught your attention the most were Shion alive alongside Parlefox and another character who shouldn't be alive in the original story was Asakura Miyuki who became known as the herrscher of lust due to misinformation spread across "wikis" and in addition to these two there was Luna Sylpheria, Chloe and Kaguya who are students here, but despite this they still maintain the powers of their counterparts which proves that she is really in a parallel world.
Paranoia clutched his heart like a cold claw: They are here. And with them... all the threats this fusion entails. A more powerful Anti-Entropy? A more ruthless Schicksal? The World Serpent with more resources and power? And the Will of Honkai from Houkai Gakuen 2, a being with access to the energy of an entire universe, now fused with the Will of Honkai from the Honkai Impact 3rd? Paranoia has suffocated. I'm screwed. Completely screwed. Paranoia clutched his heart like a cold claw: They are here. And with them... all the threats this fusion entails.
But amidst the fear, the Battle Junkie and the Curse of Masochism found a strange alignment. The idea of facing such colossal threats, while terrifying, also sent a shiver of twisted anticipation. The challenge, the potential pain, the desperate struggle—something deep and dark in Adrian (or in his body/curses) responded to it with an involuntary impulse, projecting outward an aura of readiness and, horribly, a strange joy. Paranoia provided the direction: not to flee, but to go to the epicenter.
The Curse of Masochism and the Battle Junkie provided the impetus. World Knowledge and the Shifter provided the power and information to prepare for the confrontation against the herrscher. Adrian swallowed internally. The fear was real. But the Battle Junkie and Complexity Addiction whispered: This is the challenge. He decided that the best way to "help" Mei was to... fight her? Perhaps a shock would wake her up, a power struggle that would force her to confront herself. It was a terribly illogical plan, driven by compulsion and the need to use her newly acquired powers.
Their golden eyes fixed on the protagonists and, crucially, on Raiden Mei in her Herrscher form. The Shifter's 'Observational' activated on its own, like a mental scanner. It captured the forms, the movements, the latent energy. Kiana, Sirin (though she wasn't physically there, her mental 'representation' or the knowledge about her in the fused world could be accessed via 'Observational' or 'Bits & Bobs'). Mei. The mind processed their powers, their abilities, their resistances. *I can copy.* His golden eyes locked in the others. Bronya, Kyuusyou, Yuna, Luna, Sin Mal, Seele... The potential was immense, terrifying, and, for paranoia, too dangerous to reveal. He decided, for now, to use only But paranoia screamed: *"Don't reveal everything. Don't reveal the ability to copy powers. They can turn against you."* They decided to use the Shifter in a limited way for now, focusing only on **physical enhancements and combat experience**. Using 'Piecemeal' and 'Editing', he selected **Kiana's and bronya combat experience** and also the durability, strength, speed, honkai adaptability of Sirin, Kiana and Mei.
These characteristics were applied to Abel von Nibelung's base body via 'Mastery of Form'. They felt a wave of power run through their limbs, a solidity and quickness that surpassed Abel's natural agility and the Frankenstein boost. (Mastery of Form). He felt Abel's body swell slightly with a latent power, the pain exacerbated by the previous blows eased by a new resilience, although the Curse of Pain still made him feel everything.
I needed a disguise. Something that would hide Adriana Grim, the fabricated legal identity. Something that would allow me to operate in the darkness of chaos without being tracked ('Cover Story', 'Cognition Inhibitor' in the sense of inhibiting real identification). Now, how to present herself? Paranoia: Don't seem who you are. Create a distraction. A... Red Herring. The Curse of Masochism and the Battle Junkie were pushing her towards confrontation, but Paranoia and the desire to mislead needed a facade. And then, activated by 'Obsession(super heroines)' and shaped by 'Thematic', the idea emerged. The most absurd, the most humiliating, the most... perfect.
A Magical Girl. The thought came, strangely seductive in its utter absurdity. The Magical Girl perk was there, an open door to the ridiculous. The Cognition Inhibitor would ensure that no one associated this lunatic figure with Adriana Grim, the owner of the safe house. And, in a bizarre thought, something that could... maybe, just maybe, embrace the strangeness of this new existence so completely that the dysphoria would become secondary? The decision was made, quick and impulsive, driven by paranoia, battle addiction and the insane search for an existential disguise. Paradox. My Magical Girl identity.
With a dramatic flourish that seemed both forced and horribly natural, Adriana leapt out from behind a broken column. A soft light (courtesy of Thematic) enveloped her for an instant. When the light faded and energy petals, ribbons, and sparkles swirled around him. His torn school uniform dissolved replaced by a white swimsuit with a flowing miniskirt, vibrant bows at the shoulders and waist, a carnival mask covering her golden eyes, and a scepter appearing in her hands (part of the personal equipment copied or conjured by Thematic).
With the transformation Shaker Badass Aura also is activated, with this ability generates minor, but impressive cosmetic effects around Adriana. Shaking the Earth with her presence, the wind whispering at her step, and the sky roaring with thunder when she gets angry. She can even generate glowing eyes or change the color of the sky. Although these effects cannot be used in combat and are random, they always make her look "extremely cool."
The aura of (Not) The Strongest Being In The Universe!, Lord of Fear, Aura Farmer and Killing Intent intensified the feeling of grandeur, causing even Mei's Herrscher to feel a shiver of uncertainty, a pang of doubt in its absolute power.
The scene shocked everyone. The ambient music, instead of danger, burst into a shockingly cheerful and cliché theme melody, complete with sound sparkles and a cartoony rhythm. It was the transformation theme and Paradoxo's theme. The initial chaos of the Eruption stopped for a moment as everyone, including the terrifying Herrscher Mei, stared at her in absolute bewilderment. The clichéd music sounded absurdly out of place in the middle of the apocalyptic scenario.
Adriana pointed her scepter at Herrscher, feeling simultaneously ridiculous and powerful. She began to dance and strike exaggerated poses that seemed to come naturally with the costume.
"To protect the world from devastation!" her voice resounded, surprisingly firm and loud, amplified by an unknown energy. "To unite the people of our nation! To denounce the evils of truth and love! To extend our power to the stars! I, Paradox, the Magical Girl of Justice and Love, shall punish evil in the name of peace!" The Tsundere added a touch of embarrassment and irritation to her heroic declaration.
From Herrscher Mei's Point of View: The initial chaos of the Eruption stopped for an instant. Mei, or rather, the Herrscher controlling her, stared at her with absolute perplexity and pure irritation. Adriana's cliché speech and dramatic pose were an insult to its seriousness and fury. "What kind of aberration are you?!"
The girls, looked at her as if she had stepped out of a cartoon.
"What the...?" muttered one of them. "A magical girl? Here?" Kiana, with her usual bluntness, turned to Kyuusou, who was known for her "chuunibyou" (eighth grade syndrome), and commented loudly enough for Adriana to hear, "Hey, Kyuusou, I think you found your soulmate. She has eighth grade syndrome worse than you!"
