I opened the door to hear yelling coming from my father as he's a holographic video call. His name is Tyson Carson and the woman next to him is my mother Melanie Carson.
Father: What do you mean you couldn't capture Requiem?!
He was talking to the President of the Hero Agency, Brenton Dawnson.
Brenton: She left when our team arrived as the people cheered for Requiem defeating Kaison along with four other villains this month.
Father: I don't care, she is not part of the agency so she is villain!!
Brenton: Only to you but the rest of the Elders have deemed her a Hero Tyson, she's in the rankings already as those villains she defeated were high level heroes.
Father: This is ridiculous!!
He was discharging electricity as it happens when my father is mad, good.
Mother: Dear, calm down, our youngest is in the room.
Father looked at me to calm down as my parents think I still don't have powers. His lightning disappeared as he breathed out.
Father: Brenton, you better put out an alert that Requiem must be apprehended.
I turned off the call to sit in his chair as mother motions me over as I walk to her.
Father: How was school Tori?
Tori: Good father, everything including my grades are at the top of the leaderboard.
Father: Very good, you may not have powers but you can still do fine work at the Hero Agency, unlike your siblings.
Tori: Has something happened to them?
Okay so when I said my family is corrupt, I meant my siblings are, my father and mother knows the Hero Agency is corrupted but even if Father is an Elder they've taken away power from him just to hold the position as a powerful Hero under leash.
Mother: Your siblings have betrayed your father as they gave the Elders secrets that they shouldn't have gotten to them getting higher on the Hero rankings.
My eyes were wide, they betrayed this family for more.
Father: The Elders agrees to there terms as I was sent notice.
Tori: Great, so they get away with it?
Mother: No, you will go on like nothing has happened, your siblings are rotten but they know not to challenge me straight on.
Tori: As you wish.
Father: And remember to be careful, your siblings have been acting strange recently.
I nodded to walk off with the maids and butlers everywhere as I walked up the long flight of stairs to walk down the hallway to enter my room to close the door.
My siblings need a lesson taught to them.
