Matthew heard a laugh. His hand froze on the keyboard.
Was that Diana?
Suspicious, he got up and left the room. It was rare to hear her laugh like that.
He quietly and silently opened her door.
Diana lay naked on her stomach on the bed, gently moving her legs.
She had placed a pillow between her bare breasts and the bed and was talking with pleasure.
-Oh, babe. You can have me too!
-My lips?
She laughed sweetly.
-Anything you want. Actually, maybe now you want to see me.
Matthew froze in place. What was she doing?
All that sweetness in her voice…

She laughed again.
+Who was she talking to that made her laugh like that?

She paused.

-Is your friend trustworthy?

Matthew breathed quickly. The veins in his neck throbbed. Was she teasing him?
-Wow… your friend has a beautiful name, blue eyes too? What could be better?
Matthew couldn't take it anymore. He rushed toward her. Since her face was turned the other way, she hadn't noticed his presence.
Angrily, he grabbed her phone and cut the call.
Diana froze in shock, trembling.
Seeing Matthew, she whispered,

His red, angry face took her breath away. What now?
-Hey… why did you take my phone…
Matthew grabbed her hair and lifted her.
Diana quickly grabbed his hands, she wasn't going to give in again.-

He leaned into her face and growled,

They glared at each other, eyes sparkling with anger.
Unlike always, she didn't surrender in front of him.

Tears gathered in her eyes from the pain, but she didn't sob.
He smirked angrily.

Her phone rang.
Angrily, she raised his voice,
-Answer it… let's see who it is.
Matthew pressed the green icon and put it on speaker.
/Diana? How are you? Where did you go all of a sudden?
Her voice echoed in the room.
Still panting, she said,
-I'm fine, Julian. Sorry. Don't worry. Something came up, so I had to hang up.
I promise we'll see each other soon.
Okay?
Julian was still a little worried.
/Okay, darling. Call me again…
Matthew cut the call and put the phone aside. He released her hair but didn't pull back.

Diana slammed onto his chest.
