The wind was quiet that night...The pale moon was watching the camp. Aleister let out a deep sigh and turned his gaze towards the boy. In a low, quiet voice he asked
"Do you know the purpose of this group,child?"
The boy blinked, confused.
"No... I don't" he replied
Aleister's tone remained steady.
"Our goal is clear: to destroy the one who brought ruin to this world....the Vampire King and his loyal followers".
Suddenly they heard footsteps behind them.A tall figure emerged from the shadows "Garou"
"You know very well what will happen if we succeed." Garou said hoarsely.
"If the King dies….. so do we"
The boy's eyes widened
"What? Why would you die too? Is he that powerful"
Aleister looked away, then spoke with calm gravity..
"Because... we're "vampires" too. Killing the king would mean the end of us all."
Kael (child)stared at them in confusion..
"But.... you eat normal food. How can you be vampires??"
Alester gave a faint smile, one that didn't reach his eyes.
"We are not slaves to our thirst, Kael.We learned to control ourselves... when we were just children."
"Come on," Garou said. "Let's go see the leader. He will tell us our next move."
The campfire burned quietly as "Soren", the leader, looked at the boy with tired eyes.
"You've grown strong, "Kael". It's time to take you with us... to the battlefield where blood is spilled."
Kyle's eyes lit up, a spark of excitement breaking through his usual silence.
The leader gave a small smile, painful smile.
"Our next target" he said "is one of the Vampire King's most loyal..and most feared followers… Nars."
The name sent shivers throughout the group.
"He lives in an old crypt" soren continued. "Long abandoned... and cursed."
Later that night, after the planning was done, Kael stepped away from the camp to clear his head.
He walked towards a quiet river, the moonlight reflecting on the surface of the water.
The forest was still... very still.
Then, without warning, a figure swooped in from the shadows.
A vampire, wild-eyed and snarling, slammed his fist into Kael's chest, throwing him to the ground.
