Selene POV
"Who wants to go first?" I asked the group of gods confidently.
"Me obviously" came the snotty voice of Aphrodite. I inwardly rolled my eyes., I hated this goddesses attitude with a passion, she want fit to be an Olympian. I'm not sure why I hate her so much but I do.
I looked at her physical form, with her hourglass figure, huge ass and tits, she really was beautiful. She was in just average in her weight, what my mortals would call 'thick' or 'plump'.
Her fiery red hair, stuck out the most though, so I took that as the color of her wolf. Her wolf, elegant and beautiful as she was: she stood at 5 foot 11 inches tall on all fours, her striking red fur looked as if she was almost on fire, the striking emerald green eyes with gold flecks visible from three feet away, to match. I turned to Aphrodite whom was staring open mouthed in awe of the wolf I have chosen for her.
"I love her." She stated lovingly, he voice soft and calm.
"Good now, all you have to do to merge your consciousness with hers is pet her." I stated simply, she nodded and confidently walked to her wolf and allowed the wolf to smell her hand. The wolf licked her and she pet a few strokes behind her ear before vanishing into a fog. The other gods gasped before Zeus silenced them..
"Aphrodite?" I called. The wolfs ears perked up at her name and simply took a few steps and landed a wet lick on my cheek, I smiled.
"She's in this wolf now, do you like her?" I asked, to which she sent a high pitch yip, meaning yes. I chuckled, amused she'd fallen so in love, so quickly.
"Alright who is next?" I asked, the gods were more eager this time around and I picked one from the few of them.
"Poseidon. You're up." I stated flatly. He made his way to the front uncomfortably, as soon as he stopped in front of me, the first thing I noticed were his deep blue eyes, they held white flecks in them almost like a wave of the sea onto the beach was happening there in his eyes. I smiled as I conjured up his beast.
His wolf stood proud at 6 feet even on all fours, his deep blue fur that had white spots here and there, his eyes resembled that of the sand beneath the seas, a golden brown. His deep blue wolf was a striking difference from that of Aphrodites red fiery wolf, I had chosen them to be mates. I smiled as Poseidon stood looking his wolf in the eye before petting him and becoming a dog and into his wolf as well. He shook his powerful form,growling deep, shaking the walls of Olympus. I smiled, victorious in making the ill tempered good semi happy for once.
"Alright my love, you next." I stated softly to Zeus , I nodded next to me. I took his form in, the lightning strikes in his eyes seemed to be more vibrant as I looked into them.
"I have the perfect one for you!" I exclaimed.
I conjure up his beast, his wolf stood the tallest wolf of them all, 7 feet. His dark grey fur resembled that of the darkest thunder cloud, I twisted my hands, to form several pure gold thick streaks along his dark grey fur to make him look like a walking thunder cloud. I pulled my hand up with my palm flat and facing the ceiling; the wolf responded with a powerful howl that shook all of Olympus and made the thunder clap in response.
The beast lowered his head as soon as the howl finished and his eyes shown a perfect gold as the lightning struck the areas around Olympus. His wolf stepped forward and licked my cheek before bowing in front of Zeus. Zeus chuckled and pet his bowed head before disappearing into the fog and going off to join Aphrodite and Poseidon who were off to the side a ways away from us.
"Alright Persephone, your turn." I said softly.
She nodded and stepped up, studying her; I did the same with Aphrodite and used her hair as inspiration. Her hair was straight until it curled at the ends and as black as the night. So her wolf stood before her at 5 foot 6 inches tall and black as the night, her blood red eyes gave her a sinister look. She smiled brightly before eagerly petting her. The blood red eyes blinked a few times before bowing her head and running to be with the others.
"Hades, you're gonna be next. I'll keep it simple." I said as he nodded, I kept the same color of fur as Persephone but his eyes were an eerily soulless pitch black. His wolf stood at 6 foot 3 inches tall. It would make a normal werewolf shudder in fear of the Unseen One he also said nothing and his face stayed neutral but he petted his beast just like the rest of them. He joined the others in the group.
"Alright," I started as I served the last two "Ares, you next." I chose him first as Athena clearly has something to talk to me about with the way she's tried to get my attention, I had ignored her several attempts, I knew deep down what she wanted.. his name was Ares, and I was granting her him as her mate.
"Let me look at you." I said as I looked him over, his body was riddled with scars and some of his arms had tattoos on them of his godly symbol, one arm had a blood stained shield, the other a mighty sword with blood dripping down the blade.
I conjured up his beast as blood red in fur color, black splotches here and there to make it look almost like volcano ashes was littering his fur, I went for blood red yes on his wolf as well and incorporated the same splotches in his eyes as in his fur; his wolf stood at 6 feet 7 inches. He smiled proudly petting his wolf and joining the others after a quick nod in my direction.
"Alright Athena, you're last. I have already given your wish on a mate." I stated as she smiled. I decided to keep hers simple as well, her wolf was that of blood red with black socks on all four feet and stood 6 feet tall. Her eyes I had some trouble deciding what to do with, so I went with her eye color. The striking bright blue was definitely a contrast to that of the blood red fur color and made her stand out. She smiled and pet her wolf.
She stayed put as I called the rest back over and went over the basic rules and how mates work blah, blah, blah.
"Time for you to meet your human counterparts!" I exclaimed before the disappeared in a black mist..
This will be fun!
