"It's really time to go home."
Xiao Tian said this to break the situation.
But seeing Hayami Shiori's unease, Xiao Tian realized that what he had just said was inappropriate. A young girl had almost been assaulted, and he was suggesting she return there...
"Let me walk you home this time, Miss Hayami?"
Hearing Xiao Tian's words was like receiving help in a snowstorm for the uneasy Hayami Shiori, and she was moved to tears.
"Thank you... Mr. Suzuki."
This time, Xiao Tian and Hayami Shiori opted for the bright, well-lit road rather than a shortcut. Although, with Xiao Tian's abilities, handling those thugs was no issue, a true master never knowingly walks into danger. This is one of the reasons Xiao Tian has survived so many predicaments.
Soon, the two arrived at Hayami Shiori's apartment building.
"You should be safe now. You can relax and get some rest."
