Ren Feng and Xia Wenxue left the hotel and noticed the sky was gradually darkening.
"Xue'xue, what do you want to eat?"
Ren Feng glanced at the roadside, noticing there were plenty of restaurants.
"Chinese food, I guess," Xia Wenxue said softly.
Ren Feng scanned the area, his gaze settling on an inn, "Let's go there. The food must be good."
Xia Wenxue looked over; it was called Five Taels Tavern. Quite a unique name.
"Why are you so sure?" Xia Wenxue asked with a hint of doubt on her pretty face.
"Because," Ren Feng winked, "I have a sharp nose, I can smell the aroma from far away."
Xia Wenxue glanced around, nodding, "I agree; whenever Mr. Yun cooks, you arrive quickly, just like Jingjing used to."
Ren Feng was curious, "Who's Jingjing?"
"A cat I raised as a kid."
Ren Feng: "..."
Seeing Ren Feng's defeated look, Xia Wenxue felt immensely pleased and covered her mouth as she laughed.
