In response to the explosive increase in immigrant numbers, Spain opted to relocate them all to the African colonies.
Compared to the previous more balanced distribution among various colonies, the Spanish Government has now altered its strategy for transferring these immigrants.
The primary destinations for these European immigrants are the West Africa Colony or the South Morocco Colony, given that these two colonies are respectively an important agricultural development area and a region Spain plans for localization.
As for the Guinea Colony and Congo Territory, they can only select immigrants who cannot be accommodated in the first two colonies.
Although they are picking up leftovers, the Guinea Colony and Congo Territory are both extraordinarily large colonies, each with areas measuring hundreds of square kilometers, and they are not picky due to a severe lack of population.
As it turns out, these immigrants who have come from distant Russia are truly skilled in agriculture.
