Resources are scarce, especially advanced evolutionary resources for the late middle stage of Tier Two.
If you want to advance to the Late Stage on your own, unless you can go out on the Wasteland and join in besieging other First-Class forces, or hunt down Late Tier Two Desert Giant Beasts.
As for excavating them from Prehistoric Shelter ruins, the probability is even lower than hunting giant beasts.
At least the existence of giant beasts is certain.
For example, the Leader Wolf Ao of the Desert Wolf Race, and the ten Late Stage Rock Horse Giant Beasts of the Rock-Horned Horse Race.
No matter which method, for Tier Two Evolvers it's something you can only come across by luck, not by searching.
You have to go through a long wait before you might be lucky enough to encounter it.
