From within, shouts of battle and the violent crash of blows rang out intermittently, accompanied by booming rumbles and the ceaseless clang of steel.

A large, tall horse wreathed in eerie red flames snorted, breathing out fire as it spoke with a sneer.
Its long tail, composed entirely of flames, swayed gently, scattering sparks that danced in the midair like fireflies.
This was one of the four Monster Lords of the Magic Forest: the Flaming Demon Horse, Tariel.
As it spoke, it turned its head to the side. Beneath the night sky, its eyes glowed like two bright oil lamps.
It spoke, "Simon, what do you think?"
