Chapter 32 - CHAPTER-32

Jiang Hao immediately panicked—This is bad! Really bad!

"You… you…"

He glared furiously at Meng Dong, Dong Ziyun, and the others. These people had always been neutral—never siding with either him or Feng Yanli. If they had, the power struggle between him and Feng would've ended long ago.

But now, all three neutral parties had unexpectedly sided with Feng Yanli.

Why?!

Jiang Hao felt a wave of hopelessness wash over him.

He and Chen Fan had lost. Completely and utterly.

And now that Feng had the support of these shareholders, his influence over Tengfei Group would be severely diminished. Both he and Chen Fan were doomed.

In contrast to Jiang Hao's fury, Feng Yanli was radiant with joy, practically beaming.

This was his trump card. This was why, even after learning that Chen Fan and Jiang Hao had joined forces, he remained confident and unafraid.

With the support of Dong Ziyun and the other two, there was nothing to fear from Jiang Hao and Chen Fan.

As for how he managed to win over these long-time neutral shareholders?Simple—with help from the Kong Group.

Without their backing, there was no way he could have persuaded these difficult swing votes.

Now, with those three on his side, Feng Yanli was absolutely certain of victory.

"Chen Fan, prepare to get out of this company."

He turned to Chen Fan, unable to conceal his excitement and smugness.

"Get out of the company? Heh. You really think you can make that happen?"

Chen Fan calmly replied.

Feng had a trump card—did he think Chen Fan didn't?

"You only have 45.1% of the shares. That's not even a majority. Where exactly is your confidence coming from?"

Chen Fan challenged him directly.

"Maybe we don't have 50%, but do you?""You're acting as if you do."

Feng sneered in return.

"Sorry to disappoint—but we actually do."

Chen Fan tossed a few documents onto the table.

"As of yesterday, I personally acquired an additional 11.2% of Tengfei Group's shares. That brings my total holdings to 23.2%, making me the company's largest shareholder."

He spoke with poise.

Yesterday, after completing a system mission, Chen Fan was awarded 8% of shares.

Later that evening, suspecting things might go awry today, he had contacted his personal manager from the First Royal Bank of the Oil Nation, asking for help in acquiring approximately 3% more shares in Tengfei Group.

He also wanted to see whether the bank's claim—that it could fulfill any client request—was legitimate.

Sure enough, the Royal Bank did not disappoint.Just two hours later, the manager got back to him: two minor shareholders were willing to sell a combined 3.2% stake.

That very night, Chen Fan met with both parties and formally signed the acquisition contracts.

Just like that, he became the new largest shareholder of Tengfei Group.

This was also the reason several shareholders didn't attend today's meeting—they'd already sold their shares to Chen Fan.

With 23.2% in hand, plus Jiang Hao's 22.5%, and the 6.1% held by Jiang's loyal allies, they now controlled over 50% of the company!

Chen Fan's words sent a shockwave through the room.

"What?!""President Chen acquired 11.2% more shares?!""He's the largest shareholder now?!"

Everyone buzzed in disbelief. This outcome was something no one had anticipated.

Even Jiang Hao was dumbfounded. He hadn't seen this coming either.

In a single day, Chen Fan had surpassed him, securing a controlling stake in the company.

And to think—just yesterday, Jiang Hao had been bargaining with Chen Fan, trying to impose conditions and insert his own allies into key company roles. In hindsight, it was all pointless.

As for Feng Yanli—he was completely stunned.

"No… That's impossible! This can't be true!!"

He roared in disbelief.

The shareholders of Tengfei Group were notoriously stubborn. If it had been so easy, he would've already acquired their shares and surpassed Jiang Hao himself.

"You're bluffing! You must be..."

Feng lunged forward, his hands trembling as he grabbed the documents Chen Fan had tossed onto the table.

He carefully examined each one.

But the more he read, the paler he became.

When he reached the final pages and saw the valid signatures, his face went as white as a corpse.

He'd checked the contracts thoroughly—there was nothing wrong with them.

Feng stood frozen, utterly lifeless.

Meanwhile, Chen Fan stepped forward to the front of the conference room and addressed everyone:

"As the company's new largest shareholder, I propose the immediate removal of Feng Yanli from the executive board.Who agrees?"

Jiang Hao hesitated briefly, then stepped up.

"I agree."

Though Chen Fan had overtaken him, between Feng and Chen Fan, he'd still rather side with Chen.

Besides, they'd already reached an agreement the day before.Even with this unexpected turn, Chen Fan would at least respect that deal.

But if Feng had won, Jiang Hao likely would've ended up isolated, and eventually ousted from the board as well.

"I agree too.""So do I—I support President Chen's proposal."

Following Jiang Hao's lead, his loyalists voiced their support.

With that, Chen Fan's side now represented over 50% of shares.

Then came an unexpected twist:

The three previously declared supporters of Feng—Dong Ziyun, Fang Lei, and Meng Dong—exchanged glances.

Finally, Dong Ziyun stepped forward.

"I retract my earlier statement. I now support President Chen's proposal."

"Same here.""I support President Chen as well."

They knew the tide had turned—Feng Yanli was finished.

His promises no longer meant anything.Switching sides now might at least earn Chen Fan's favor.

With their added support, Chen Fan's camp now commanded over 70% of the shares.

Feng Yanli was utterly crushed.

"I now officially declare:With over 70% shareholder approval, Feng Yanli is hereby removed from the company's executive board and will no longer participate in any business decisions."

Chen Fan announced with finality.

"No...!"

Feng Yanli screamed in despair.

A moment later, he blacked out and collapsed to the ground.

He was rushed to the hospital immediately.

As the board meeting ended, executives and shareholders flooded toward Chen Fan, eager to flatter and curry favor.

"President Chen, could I have a moment? There's something I'd like to discuss…"

Jiang Hao stepped forward nervously and spoke in a low voice.
