Prologue – World Occupation
In the beginning, there was only war—an eternal conflict that raged for eons across the stars. When it finally ended, peace gave birth to life. From the hands of six divine beings, the races of Anniekes were born, and the world exhaled in fragile harmony.
Centuries later, far from this realm, six strangers sat drinking on Earth. In a fleeting moment, they wished for something impossible—a world where anything could happen.
When the sky split open and a cataclysm tore across space and time, their wish was granted.
They awoke not in their homes, but in Anniekes—a mystical land where magic is law, ancient prophecies whisper in every shadow, and might determines rank. Here, their arrival is no accident. But neither are they heroes.
Each of them brings a gift—or perhaps a curse—from Earth:
Dr. Robert Starfield – A hydrologist and astronomer, his mind is set on understanding the strange new stars above Anniekes. One seems... familiar.
Meloy Conners – A gardener and entrepreneur with a passion for plants. In this lush world, the flora is unlike anything on Earth—and full of secrets.
Ivan Venn – A tailor from a long line of craftsmen. With exotic new materials at hand, greatness might be stitched into his very future.
Steven Cross – A five-star chef with a hunger for new flavors. In a world brimming with unknown beasts and herbs, he's ready to cook like never before.
Captain Arlo Reyes – A no-nonsense pilot with a hidden obsession for mechs and adventure. She never believed in magic—until now.
Sana Cruz – A therapist with a heart for healing and arms built in the gym. She's ready to help, but don't even think about touching her protein shake.
In Anniekes, power is everything. Swords and spells dominate, and titles define worth. Their roles—scientist, gardener, tailor, chef, pilot, and therapist—are dismissed as civilian, support, or worse… useless relics.
But this world is not ready for Earth's resilience. Especially not when Earth itself now faces a ranking that would —enslavement by ancient, forgotten species from beyond.
Their occupations may be unknown to Anniekes.
But maybe, just maybe—they're exactly what this world needs.
