Raijin followed the path to the top with Akira on his back, sleeping in a cloth Raijin had bought from the market on the way. Raijin didn't even break a sweat but saw that night was approaching and decided to rest for the night under a tree.
He held Akira close to his chest while covering him to protect him from other animals , ate some fruits and dozed off while watching Akira asleep. Akira had pure white fur and brownish-yellow eyes. He had compared the eyes to sunlight and named him Akira.
Raijin woke up early in the morning and continued on his path. This time he reached quickly because of his energy being refilled.
The path was now clear stone steps and he finally reached the top finding a beautiful mulberry estate. Both Raijin and Akira saw the mulberries and had their mouths watering.
Without a second thought, he disappeared from his spot and started devouring the mulberries alongside feeding Akira. But as the both of them reached the 20th berry,
*WHACK*
"YOU ILL MANNERED KID! YOU COULDVE ASKED FOR THE BERRIES! YOU DECIDED TO STEAL! YOU IDIOT! WHO ARE YOU?"
"I'm really sorry sir, please forgive me, I was hungry since a whole day and had only eaten 3 apples and the berries now, I came here looking for an old man-" Raijin looked down and saw that it was a short old man and asked "Sir do you in anyway recognize the name inazuma? Inazuma Kaminari?"
The old man's eyes widened and he looked into his eyes "Oh yes- you're his grandson! He told me through a letter- Oh my days! Come in kid! What does he need now?" Said The old man with his rather joyful mood than a while ago.
Raijin followed him into the estate and into a bungalow, with a pleasant aroma. He followed him inside and listened to him as the old man asked to sit down infront of him at the tea place.
"He- you should read this" said Raijin before handling the letter to the old man and sitting beside him as the old guy opened it.
*Old man POV*
I took the letter from the kids hand,written in blood , smelling very familiar.
'Dear Jigoro, if you're reading this, then I'm dead. I was your best friend before you went separate ways after our days of fighting against the lords to stop their wars. And I still am I hope so...I though you were saying nonsense when you said about Demons, but still even if not listening to you and siding with you, I did pay heed to your words- and I encountered that king of the demons- Muzan. He killed my family and me. My son is probably the only surviving member now.
Jigoro i know you're upset of me not being a slayer , but forgive me, and for my mistake , I'll make sure it doesn't happen again. Train my grandson if this letter reaches you. Make sure he learns the forms. All of them...'
I closed the letter as I looked at the kid beside me, he looked so much like him...i'm going to train him. And make sure that bastard is killed, one day.

Jigoro sama stood up and looked at Raijin as he had determination in his eyes and asked him.
"Do you want Demons to be ended kid? Do you want revenge?"
"Yes" "Good then. From now on, I'm your teacher. And if you follow my words, you'll make a very fine demon slayer. So tell me- what's your name? And do you know about Demons, who made them and Demon Slayers?"
"My names Raijin Kaminari, and I know about Demons, a lot, but not demon slayers..."
"We will see if you're worthy to know or not Raijin. Do you want to protect people Raijin? Are you ready?"
"Yes master!"
"Good, then freshen up, rest today and tommorow your training begins."
Raijin nodded and followed him as he showed me my room. I kept my bag there, opened and kept my belongings on the shelf there.
I laid down a mat for Akira and gave him some of the food i had left that I had packed.
I proceeded to the bath, freshened up and ate some meat provided by Jigoro sama and some drink too. "What's this drink master?"
"This drink has herbs and and nuts in it. It strengthens your muscles and boosts your immunity."
"Can you show me the way to make it?"
"Sure, that's your reward if you complete my acceptance training for the next 2 weeks"
Raijin left for his room after bowing and then studied the different types of poisons and their effect on the human body, before he slept.
He woke up early next morning and saw jigoro sama already ready outside.
"Now, how many pushups,squats can you do? And run?"
"200 and 20 km"
"Hmm, you're strong, but not enough, so by the end of these 2 weeks you'll learn how to use a katana, do 500 pushups and run around the estate about 500 times-"
"What."
"Any problem Raijin?"
"No sensei"
"Good. Now , first complete the 500 and 500 laps then come to the tree"
Raijin did as he was said , and felt like his limbs were going to fall apart if he hadn't used Total Concentration Breathing.
"Hold this stick with both palms in this manner and hold it to your face, then proceed to strike down....."
This routine continued for 13 days and at the last day he tested him.
He gave him a wooden sword, and 30 dummies in front of him.
"Hit every one of them, do the 500 reps exercise and 500 laps within 2 hrs"
At the end of the day, Raijin passed the test with flying results but then Jigoro sama asked him.
"Now hit 10 dummies at the same time"
"What? But its not possible how to hit 10 targets at once?"
"It is, with Thunder Breathing, it is. Your training will officially start tommorow, and as I noticed , you already know Total Concentration, so it wont be much of a bother honestly , your basic training ends today."
Jigoro kept his word and taught Raijin the drink.
As he was putting Akira and feeding him some of the drink, he noticed it has grown a bit.
"I forgot to ask, that wolf, how did you get it?"
Raijin explained how he did and asked a question "Sensei, I don't know how to train him in combat, so can you do so when he grows a bit more? I don't want to leave him alone.."
"Sure kid, but you've to keep your word and become a good slayer...and please do not fall to the wrong side..."
"I wont sensei. I promise."
