Chapter 3 - ch…aPter 3

Three weeks had passed it was time for the custody battle of Danielle.

Etta was dressed in a purple suit, a purple shoe and bag to match, her hair in a slick back bun.

Victor, in a luxurious blue suit.

The two lawyers were present, Dan was dressed in a black suit, while Fernando was dressed in brown with a suitcase to match.

"Let's go into the courtroom" Dan said softly panting Etta on the shoulder.

"Ok" she replied lightly.

Etta entered into the courtroom with anxiety, she turned and saw Victor who was adjacent her, giving an evil smirk.

"Court arise!" the registrar said sternly.

"This court is now in session. The matter before us today is the custody battle of Danielle Aguilera Gonzalez the minor child of Etta Michaels and Victor Gonzalez . Ms. Etta, you are petitioning for full custody of your daughter. Mr. Victor, you are contesting this petition and seeking full custody. Let's begin with opening statements. Ms. Etta, you may proceed." The judge proclaimed!

Dan uttered "Thank you, your honor. Etta is a loving, devoted mother who has always put the needs of her daughter first. She has provided a nurturing environment for her growth and development. That is Danielle's best interest.

Fernando roared" Objection, your honor. My client, Victor, is a fit and capable parent. Etta has made repeated attempts to alienate Victor from Danielle and has demonstrated a lack of cooperation in co-parenting. We believe that Victor has full custody is the best arrangement for Danielle.

"Thank you, counselors. Now, let's hear from the witnesses. Ms. Etta, please take the stand." The judge commanded.

"Yes, your honor" Etta said nervously

"Etta, can you describe your relationship with Danielle? "He questioned.

"Danielle is my everything. I've always been there for her, being present in her life I would do anything to protect her.

Fernando said furiously

"Isn't it true, Ms. Etta is unfit and careless to gain full custody of Danielle."

Etta said defensively

"That's not true. I just want what's best for Danielle, Victor's behavior is not for her best interest."

The judge said interrupting.

"That's enough, counselors. I've heard enough from both sides. Now, let's hear from Victor."

Victor replied with an evil smirk

" Yes, your honor. Danielle is my daughter, and I love her dearly. I make sure she's safe and secure. Etta is careless and I can't risk my daughter's life with such nonchalant behavior"

Etta turned to Victor with sadness and disbelief, knowing how much of a liar he is.

"That's enough!" The judge said banging his gavel.

"I've heard enough from both sides. I'll review the evidence and make a decision in the best interest of Danielle"

The courtroom was silent as the judge deliberated.

"I hereby grant...Victor Gonzalez full custody of Danielle Aguilera Gonzalez."

Etta's eyes welled up with tears as she pleaded with the judge. "Your Honor, please," she begged. "Don't take away my daughter. Pleaseeee.

"I'm afraid the evidence suggests that you are unfit and careless and it is not good for the child, Ms. Etta," the judge said sternly.

"Full custody of Danielle Aguilera Gonzalez is hereby awarded to Mr. Victor Gonzalez.

Etta felt dead .All she could do was sit there helpless, as Victor smiled triumphantly.

"You'll never see Danielle again," Victor hissed, as he stood up to leave. "And if you try to expose me, I'll make sure you regret it."

Etta's world went dark as she realized she had lost the most important thing, her daughter.

15 years later…

Danielle, now 25 years old, stood confidently in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows of her father's high-rise office building, gazing out at the city skyline. As the head of the marketing department, in Gonzalez Properties, she had proven herself to be a shrewd businesswoman, earning the respect and fear of her colleagues.

Behind the polished facade of a successful businesswoman, Danielle had been trained by her father, to be a ruthless killer. She had been taught to eliminate anyone who posed a threat to Victor's business empire, no matter the cost.

As a result, Danielle had grown into a cold, aggressive, and calculating individual. She rarely smiled, and her eyes seemed to bore into those she met, as if sizing them up for potential threats. Her beauty was undeniable, but it was a beauty that seemed almost... deadly.

Danielle's physical features were striking. She had a tall, curvy figure, standing at around 5'9" with a voluptuous shape that turned heads. Her skin was a gorgeous caramel color, smooth and radiant with a subtle sheen.

Her hair was styled in a sleek bob, framing her heart-shaped face and accentuating her high cheekbones. Her eyes were a deep, piercing brown that seemed to bore into those she met, sparkling with a sharp intelligence.

Her full lips were a deep, luscious brown, curled into a subtle smile that hinted at a sharp wit and a quick tongue. Her nose was small and straight, adding to her elegant, refined features.

Danielle's curves were generous, with a full bust and hips that swayed enticingly as she moved. Her long legs were toned and shapely, ending in delicate ankles and small feet.

On her left wrist, a delicate tattoo of the word "Asesina" -English for "assassin" - was inked in italic script.

Danielle's phone buzzed, breaking her reverie. She turned to face her assistant, who stood nervously in the doorway.

"Yes?" Danielle asked curtly.

"Your father wants to see you in his office," the assistant replied.

Danielle's eyes narrowed. She knew exactly what that meant, a cold smile spread across her face as she turned to leave.

As the daughter of Victor, Danielle had grown up surrounded by the dark and violent world of organized crime. From a young age, she had been groomed to take over the business, learning every aspect of the trade from her father.

Danielle was second-in-command of Victor's vast and lucrative drug empire. And also Victor's killer. She was intelligent, calculating, and utterly ruthless, with a natural talent for strategy and leadership.

Danielle 's role in the business was multifaceted. She oversaw the day-to-day operations, managing the flow of product, handling finances, and ensuring that the organization ran smoothly and efficiently. She was also responsible for dealing with any problems that arose, using her cunning and charm to negotiate with suppliers, distributors, and other stakeholders.

But Danielle's most important role was as her father's right-hand man. She was his most trusted advisor, and he relied on her to carry out his orders and enforce his will. Together, they were a formidable team, feared and respected

Despite her tough exterior, Danielle had a deep sense of loyalty and devotion to her father. She would stop at nothing to protect him and the business, even if it meant putting herself in harm's way, Danielle knew that she had to be constantly on guard, ready to defend herself and her father's interests at all costs.

Danielle embodied a femme fatale persona, exuding a potent mix of power, ambition, and ruthless determination. Her stunning looks and captivating charm belied a calculating and merciless killer.

Danielle exuded an aura of sophistication and allure, her beauty and charm masking a ruthless determination. Behind her piercing gaze, a calculating mind plotted her next move. With each calculated step, she navigated the shadows, leaving a trail of broken lives and silenced screams. Her elegance was a facade, hiding the cold heart of a killer who stopped at nothing to achieve her goals.

Her father, Victor, had honored her skills, teaching her the art of manipulation, deception, and ruthless efficiency. Danielle had proven to be a quick learner, surpassing even Victor's expectations. She was a force to be reckoned with, and those who underestimated her did so at their own peril.

Danielle was a woman on a mission, driven by an insatiable hunger for power and control.

Her outfit was a tailored black pencil trouser that hugged her curves, paired with a crisp white blouse and a fitted black blazer and silver necklace. Her bob hairstyle was mesmerizing.

As she walked confidently into her father's office pulling the door away from her.

Victor who was dressed in a grey suit, his voice was low and menacing as he sat behind his massive desk, his eyes fixed intently on Danielle. "The Smiths are getting too greedy, they want to bite more than they can chew." he growled. "They think they can just back out of our deal and leave us high and dry?"

Danielle's expression was calm and collected, her eyes never leaving her father's face.

"What do you want me to do, Father?" she asked, her voice smooth and deadly.

Victor's smile was cold and calculating. "I want you to take care of the Smiths. Both of them. I want them to be an example to anyone else who thinks they can cross us."

Danielle nodded, her mind already racing with the details of the job. "Consider it done, Father," she said, her voice dripping with menace.

Victor's eyes gleamed with approval

"That's my girl, that's my Asesina."

Danielle left her father's office into her car she drove in her slick black Mercedes AMG.

Danielle slipped through the shadows, changing into her black mask and body suit rendering her all but invisible in the darkness. She had hacked into the Smiths' security system, disabling the cameras and alarms with ease.

Now, she moved with silent precision, her eyes fixed on the Smiths' bedroom window. She could see them sleeping, oblivious to the danger lurking just outside.

Danielle's gloved hands gripped the sill, and she pulled herself up and into the room. Her movements were swift and deadly, her training and experience guiding her every step.

Mr. and Mrs. Smith never stood a chance. Danielle's hands closed around their throats, squeezing tight until their struggles ceased. It was over in seconds.

As she stood over their lifeless bodies, Danielle felt a thrill of satisfaction. The job was done, and her father's orders had been carried out. She turned to leave, her mask glinting in the moonlight.

The Smiths' deaths would be a warning to others, a reminder of the consequences of crossing Victor and his empire. And Danielle, the silent and deadly assassin, would be the one to enforce that warning.

Danielle returned back to her car and drove off with the feeling of victory. She parked her car and finally arrived at her father's building.

Danielle quickly shed her black mask and body suit, revealing her sleek business attire underneath adjusting her silver necklace and checking her reflection in a nearby mirror.

With a few swift motions, she transformed from a deadly assassin to a confident businesswoman.

Danielle slipped on her high heels before heading to her father's office to report on the successful mission.

Danielle returnedto her father's building, she still remained calm and collected, but a hint of pride and pleasure flickered in her eyes. She had always strived to please her father and prove herself worthy of his trust.

"Well done my Asesina" he said proudly.

"Thank you, Father, problem solved."

she replied, her voice smooth and confident.

Victor nodded, his face set in a stern expression.

"You're my heir, my successor. And one day, you'll take over this empire and run it with the same ruthlessness"

Danielle's eyes locked onto her father's, a fierce determination burning within her.
