Why...why has this happened...why did it have to come to this, I thought we could come to an understanding. I stand in the middle of a vase ruined city surrounded by the people that I once fought side by side with for many years that I had considered my allies.
Even...making friendships that was forged through the battle of war against the homunculus's to only have them turn on me and to chase me for years to finally have cornered me here with the lure of having my love one's in their hands.
As they threatened to kill them if I didn't come, with my katanas in my hands I stand facing the army of people that I once called my brothers and sisters in arms.
With one of my arms dangling at my side disabled with blood trailing down it as my body is covered in wounds from gun shots, and slashes. They have halved my power by having me drink a new steroid that was made off the bases of the original steroid that was made to stop an homunculus's from being able to transform to their enlarged size.
But the new one that was made off it has another effect that the old one didn't so it could be against what they call people like me.
...As they have also deemed it to be what they will call other's that they believe to come after me with the same powers as me, to be known as the Kulus. The steroid isn't truly meant to stop me from transforming but in fact it wants me to transform so that it can attack my nervous system causing me to die a slow but agonizing death.
With me trying to protect not only my two wives but my mother, father, brother, and my little sister that are also wounded, with them also being exhausted I can't...afford to have the risk of the steroid effects that lay dormant to take it affect.
Looking over my shoulder to see my two wives and the rest of my family looking at me with fear, guilt, sadness, and despair in their eye's I smile at them while saying. "Everything is going to be ok just...stay behind me and I will get us out of here." Turning to look at my little sister that's trying her hardest to pull away from our oldest brother, as her face is covered in tears.
As she has one arm stretched out towards me, I smile "don't worry Lily big sister is strong, isn't she? the strongest in the world...once we get somewhere safe why don't I make your favorite desert huh?"
Lily: "Cleo! please just leave us... and run away... we'll be ok! they won't hurt us as long as they know that we can be of use against you!"
Gahan: Pulling Lily back as I look at Cleolani "she's right Cleo me, Elizabeth, and Skylar will take care of mom, dad, and Lili until you can save us after all as a big brother what else am I good for."
Seeing him smirk after he finishes as he tries to keep his carefree nature I giggle "is now really the best time for you to be so...aloof...big brother" as he just shrugs his shoulder that has me shake my head at his antics.
Before finally laying my eyes on my wives after I had looked at my parents with my dad nodding his head gesturing for me to do what I must with my mother just smiling with tears threatening to leave her eye's.
With my eyes landing on Sky and Liza as my gaze had softened with a look all too familiar to them that caused Sky to shout "DON'T YOU DARE CLEO! NOT...NOT AGAIN! YOU'VE ALREADY LEFTED US BEHIND ONCE! WITHOUT EVEN CONSULTING US! LET US CHOOSE OUR OWN PATH! LET US FIGHT ALONG SIDE YOU LIKE WE'VE ALWAYS DONE."
Elizabeth: Trying to pull myself up as I clench my arm while Sky loosened her grab from my shoulder while I have one eye closed "L-Lani...p... please...I...I... can still fight...we can still...fight let me, and Sky help you. Form another contract with us and we will turn the odds back in your favor just like we did all those years...ago so... please...let us."
Smiling at them as I shake my head "I-I can't do that to you...to the both of you again...or any of our comrades that we had or our family...I won't let anyone of you become outcasts or rogues due to having connections or bonds to me. You all have families to take care of... love one's that expect you to be in their lives and to come home to a warm dinner."

Bitting my lip before giving a wry smile to Lili...but before I could respond there's movement from the front me that causes me to look back in front of me to where the sound was coming from. Causing me to also change my expression as they spilt like an ocean wave showing someone walking through the path that opened up.
Widening my eyes when I saw who it was my posture seemed to waver as my grip on my katanas loosened as my resolve almost had succumbed to the urge to give in only to be stabilized by Sky's howler.

Staring at Anne with disbelief as I can't... truly believe...that she's here and... and...in their uniform. Staring at her she adverts her gaze that has guilt in them before looking at me with longing and hope as she begins to speak.
"Cleo...please...just come back with me...to us, I got them to promise to not harm us as long as you rejoin the army and be under a supervision of the government, by wearing this bracelet as they will pardon any of the offensive you have.
Done and let you still have a free life all you have to do is surrender now and come back with me in doing so all will be forgiven with that act."
