He no longer even remembered why he had been looking for Hermes.
He was so deep in thought that he did not notice two Amazons approaching him, and suddenly he felt someone's hand slip under his clothes, sliding over his skin, which immediately pulled him out of his thoughts.
With irritation, he looked at the Amazon, whose face was twisted with lust.
– Don't you want, boy, to spend the night absolutely free? — before he knew it, she leaned in, and her hot breath began touching his ear. — You'll like it~.
He stared at the Amazon with an unreadable gaze, when suddenly he felt another touch.
– He's mine! — the other Amazon replied, reaching under his clothes and sliding over his chest; from her face, one could tell that she very much liked what she felt.
«How muscular,» — the more her hands slid, the more her face filled with desire.
– Get out of here, find another one, I was first! — pushing the other Amazon away from Kai and embracing him with noticeable strength. — He wants me, not an old hag like you, — she said with a smirk, looking at her.
At these words, dangerous notes appeared on the other's face.
Kai was very irritated by this whole situation; he did not understand what they wanted from him, but he knew one thing: none of them had even asked his opinion.
– Oops!
He easily managed to break free from the Amazon's grip.
– See, he'll choose me, — with a smirk, walking up to the boy, she already wanted to embrace him, but he caught her hands, pushed them aside, and slightly shoved her away from himself.
– Don't touch me, — he said, and began walking on, without even paying attention to either of them; he wanted to find Hermes as quickly as possible and leave this place.
But before he could take even a couple of steps, a woman's hand reached for him.
– Hey, boy! We're not done! — she tried to grab his shoulder, but he caught her hand, and their gazes met. Space-like eyes, the reason they had liked this boy; looking into these wonderful eyes, she could feel only terror.
All her instincts screamed of danger; the boy before her no longer seemed so handsome and cute to her. But a monster that could fully kill her on the spot.
– Enough, — he said, releasing her hand, and moved away from them; he could not help but be surprised, because the first time, that girl who had approached him first had not given up so easily, but now — two words, and they understood him. This could not but please him.
When the boy disappeared behind the wall, she could not even move, because fear had fully shackled her limbs.

The other Amazon slapped her on the back, which brought her to her senses.
– So you decided to let him go? Surprising, coming from you.
But she paid no attention to her; after the fear fully vanished, as if it had never been there from the start, a new feeling took its place — pain.
With widened eyes, she looked at her arm: her wrist was completely crushed, and the dangling hand hung like a dead weight.
– A-A-A! MY ARM! — she screamed, clutching her arm. Her scream involuntarily frightened the Amazons nearby.
Kai knew nothing of all this; the main thing for him right now was to find Hermes. But time passed, and he still could not find him. And the fact that very many girls were approaching him only irritated him more, so much that he could no longer stay here.
– Kai!
Before he knew it, he heard his name and a very familiar voice. Turning towards the source of the voice, he could not believe his eyes: the one he had been searching for so long was approaching him.
But another fact surprised him — that he was with his hero.
– Hermes.
Hermes could not believe his luck; he had already created the perfect scene for Bell's growth; he was so fixated on Bell that he had forgotten about Kai.
And who could have believed that when the Hestia Familia went to offer a ransom for Haruhime, Kai would meet them on their way. Kai stood and did not understand how he had ended up here; after he met Hermes, the god did not even let him say a word and tried with all his might to persuade the others to take him along, which he barely managed to do.
And now he, Bell, Hermes, the black-haired girl were waiting for the goddess, Bell's goddess, and, of course, Asfi was there too. Whose name he had conveniently forgotten; all his thoughts were focused on one thing.
«What's happening?» — he asked himself for the umpteenth time, not daring to speak to any member of their group the whole time, not even to Hermes. And why less than half of their whole group had entered the goddess's residence from Bell's familia also interested him.
And at last, after a long wait by his standards, that very goddess they had been waiting for came out; he understood it because of the divine beauty emanating from her, which had no equal; it was the first time he had met such a beautiful goddess.
«Beautiful,» — the only thing that came to his mind, looking at the goddess with a very beautiful appearance and at the same time a very cold gaze. As quickly as this feeling of attraction to the goddess appeared, just as quickly it vanished, and he no longer saw anything special in her.
– You think this will be enough? — Ishtar said with a cold smirk.
Kai was so immersed in his thoughts that he did not notice how it all began. He cast glances from the cold face, adorned with a smirk, to Bell's goddess's face, which frowned at her words.
Looking at the others, tension was written on all their faces, especially visible on Bell's face and the black-haired girl's.
– She is worth far more than some pitiful million. — No one managed to understand before she pointed her finger at them and shouted: — Seize the white-haired boy!
After her words, the surrounding Amazons broke loose and, like mad dogs, rushed in their direction.
– Run, Bell! It's a trap! — the girl ran out into the path of the Amazons, trying with all her might to give Bell time.
After her words, everyone dashed off like mad, except Kai — he just watched everything happening in mute shock. And when he finally came to his senses, he did not even have time to take a step before he was pinned to the floor. And at that same second, he felt hot breath over his ear.
– Where are you going, handsome? — She bit his ear.
– Leave him! Our target is the white-haired boy; don't anger the goddess! — an Amazon shouted, running past them.
– Tsk. Sorry, next time, — she whispered into his ear. And began choking him; if she could not play with him now, then who would stop her later? So she quickly and without hesitation began carrying out her plan. She would just knock him out and throw him in her room, and later have her fill of fun with him.
Thinking so, her grip on his neck tightened, but something happened that she could not even have imagined.
BANG.
Kai, no longer able to endure it, threw her off with such force that she broke through the wall. Not dwelling on it, he ran towards the window under the surprised gazes of the Amazons and Ishtar.
– Seize him! — a shout immediately rang out, and the hall came alive again.
Crack. Crack. Crack.
While they were recovering from what they had seen, Kai jumped out of the window.
It was high, but that was the last thing Kai cared about; all his thoughts were focused on where he had ended up.
After landing, he ran in a random direction, because he knew nothing at all about where he was now.
But the good old tactic came to his mind again, so without trouble, he leaped across the buildings towards the tower.
«What is happening?» — Wherever he looked, he saw only chaos around. And he did not need to think about whose fault it was.
CRACK.
He jumped from building to building, until something happened that he could not even have imagined. The roof under him collapsed.
– A-a-a!
– Damn! What the hell?!
Before the dust even settled, someone's voice reached his ears. And when the dust fully cleared, the sight of a naked man and a woman, who was trying to cover herself, appeared before his eyes.
– Who the hell are you?!
Kai ignored him and raised his gaze to the hole in the ceiling, when suddenly a shout reached his ears:
– He's here! He fell through!
Hearing the shout, he immediately guessed that they had caught up with him, but, to be honest, he was not worried about it one bit.
The man's face twisted with fury at the boy's behavior: he had been about to finish, but this boy had ruined everything. And he still dared to ignore him.
«How dare he?!» — flashed through his head, closing the distance between them.
– You think you can ignore me, you bastard! — he struck at him, aiming for the head.
Kai did not even pay attention to it and simply dodged, and at that very second, he moved from the spot towards the door. Not even a second passed before several figures jumped down from the hole in the ceiling and, without hesitation, followed him.
And when Kai ran out of the building, he understood:
«I'm surrounded.» — Wherever he looked, there were Amazons everywhere, and every gaze was focused on one thing — on him.
– Catch him!
– Don't let him get away!
At the time he realized this, everyone suddenly moved in his direction, not giving him even a second to think.
But Kai easily managed to break out of the trap surrounding him and continued his escape, and with every second, he noticed that there were more and more Amazons. Until he understood: wherever he looked, there were only Amazons.
«Why are there so many of them?!» — he involuntarily asked himself this question.
He did not know how long he had been running from them, but he managed to escape from all these animals. That was the only way he could call them, when he remembered the chase and their expressions. It was as if he were the most exquisite dessert in the world, since they had organized such a chase after him.
But, throwing these thoughts far away, he could finally relax and sink back into the world of books with a calm soul.
