Nadia was trying to smooth things over between her and Shayne after her outburst last night. As Shayne didn't respond to her, she apologized to him immediately the next morning.
She bought a breakfast meal for the two of them by asking a warrior; she didn't know this place at all.
"I am really sorry," Nadia said. She served Shayne breakfast on the bed, or couch, in his case right now, as he was sleeping there as a result of Nadia refusing to open the door and locking herself up inside.
Shayne woke up to a simple breakfast set, which was very obviously something that Nadia had bought and reheated. The only thing that she did was put them on the plates.
He remembered how Fenja would cook for him. He would have a nice meal and good food to eat, not something that you bought from a random place.
