In turn, if Krista wished to fight fate to the very end, her only option was to use [The Deep Grave]'s effect to revive [Stardust Dragon] from Miles's Graveyard.
Albeit even with that move, her situation was still dire.
After two rounds of battle, Krista herself had already proven that in a direct confrontation, [Stardust Dragon] could not overcome [Stardust Spark Dragon].
And now, hovering on Miles's field, was that pink-haired girl wielding a crimson black-iron greatsword… her Attack power even greater.
[Kurikara Divincarnate], a monster that could revive a monster from the opponent's Graveyard every End Phase… if Krista couldn't deal with it, the situation would only grow worse.
"I have to surpass the limits of the Turbo Duel this turn!"
Yet, in the face of this desperate scenario, Krista—her heart linked to the Millennium Scale—felt her state of mind steadier than the balance of that sacred relic itself.
A trembling scale will always return to stillness. Beneath the vast starlit sky where Stardust intertwined, the path forward had already been illuminated.
"I'll wager everything on this turn's Synchro!"
Steadily accelerating, Krista began her counterattack, hurling a card onto the speeding track.
"I activate [Speed Spell - Summon Boost]!"
[Activate only if you have 4 or more Speed Counters. Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower monster from your hand or Deck. That monster cannot attack this turn.]
"Turn my speed into the power to summon beyond limits! Appear—Special Summon, Level 4 [Max Warrior]!"

A wind-forged warrior wielding a long halberd charged onto Krista's lane.
Its effect: when it attacks an opponent's monster, it gains 400 Attack during damage calculation, reaching 2200. Impressive for a Level 4; regardless, at this stage of the Stardust battle, 2200 barely made a ripple.
"Krista!" Even Lost, realizing her teammate's predicament, helplessly shouted in worry.
"Bearing the pride of Synchron Academy—let's forge one last possibility with this card!"
Slamming down her final card, Krista summoned her second Tuner of the duel.
"I Normal Summon [Mono Synchron] in Defense Position!"

The small machine-type Tuner floated beside her D-Wheel, radiating a light unlike any Synchro before it.
"One Star?" Miles raised an eyebrow.
"That's right—One Star!" Krista declared. "[Mono Synchron] can only be used to Synchro Summon with Warrior- or Machine-type monsters!"
[If this card is used as Synchro Material, the other Synchro Material monsters must be Warrior or Machine-Type Level 4 or lower monsters, and their Levels are treated as 1.]
"And all those Synchro Materials are treated as Level 1! I tune [Mono Synchron] with [Max Warrior]!"
If a single star wasn't enough—she'd make it work with effects.
A radiant storm of synchronicity burst forth from her field. Though this was a 1-star Tuner and a 4-star monster, their combined level became 2 thanks to [Mono Synchron]'s effect.

With all conditions gathered, Krista opened her violet-blue eyes and raised her hand toward the two Synchro Monsters in the sky.
"Stardust Dragon! Transcend the tangled fates of battle and let your potential shine across this high-speed world!"
Guiding a Stardust not her own yet so familiar, Krista felt the missing piece in her heart fill with that shining light.
"The fate of Stardust, the fate of the Millennium Items, the fate of the Duelists—Aisha Carlos! I'll surpass it all with this final acceleration!"
The strongest light of Accel Synchro exploded across the field where Krista's D-Wheel raced at its limit.
"I tune my Level 2 Synchro Tuner [Formula Synchron] with Level 8 [Stardust Dragon]—an Accel Synchro between Synchro Monsters!"
The two Synchro Monsters evolved into a higher speed. As the light of Accel Synchro flared, Krista's figure shimmered—almost turning transparent.

Just as the Accel Synchro was about to complete, Miles flipped his face-down.
He had been waiting for this—the very moment Krista completed her Accel Synchro.

"Let me show you, Krista… the true meaning of Accel Synchro!"
"The true meaning of Accel Synchro?"
"The ability to perform a Synchro Summon during the opponent's turn—that's the complete form of Accel Synchro! I activate the effect of my Synchro Tuner Monster, [Formula Synchron]!"
Different from its draw effect upon Synchro Summon, [Formula Synchron]—the key of hope symbolizing Accel Synchro—had another crucial ability.

"During your turn, Krista, I'll use [Formula Synchron]'s effect—to unleash a true Accel Synchro!"
Miles had already attained the state of Clear Mind during his first dark Turbo Duel.
He didn't need the balance of the Millennium Scale. His devotion to the purity of dueling itself—that was Miles's Clear Mind.
"Let's go—Stardust Spark Dragon!"
Countering Krista's own Accel Synchro, the two Synchro Monsters on Miles's field blazed with the same ultimate light of synchronicity under the guidance of Clear Mind.
"I tune my Level 2 Synchro Tuner [Formula Synchron] with my Level 8 Synchro Monster [Stardust Spark Dragon]—an Accel Synchro between Synchro Monsters, on the opponent's turn!"
The final Stardust Duel—after exchanging each other's ace dragons, both Miles and Krista now performed their own Accel Synchros using the other's Stardust Dragons.
Two Accel Synchros, surpassing even the speed of light, erupted at once.
"The trail of Stardust weaves all wishes together—filling the world with bonds! Accel Synchro! Come forth—light itself!"
Twin declarations of Accel Synchro—both performed in the same turn—sent the D-Wheels of Miles and Krista to their ultimate limit.
Miles & Krista shouted in unison: "Accel Synchro—Surpass the Light!"
In Speed World, when both reach ultimate velocity simultaneously—
"They disappeared!?"
The crowd was stunned.
After performing simultaneous Accel Synchros, both duelists' D-Wheels turned into streaks of light, vanishing from sight.
The massive Synchron Academy arena was left entirely empty… no trace of the Turbo Duel remained.
The racetrack of Speed World lay silent. Was the duel even continuing?
Silence.
An overwhelming, absolute silence.
No one dared to break the stillness born from this Clear Mind. Not even a breath was heard.
Thousands of spectators held their collective breath, waiting for the moment the duel's conclusion would descend.
