Chapter 263 - Ch263: Peeping Kaguya

Inside the Genesis Seal space, the world was calm and pitch-black, but not lifeless. A crystalline palace now stood at its center, a fortress of purity and perfection, built by Kakashi at Kaguya's request.

The halls shimmered with chakra light, glinting off the mirrored surfaces and intricate diamond-etched floors.

But the palace was empty.

Only one soul stirred.

Kaguya sat upon a curved throne of translucent jade, her posture regal, her expression cold. Or so it appeared.

Her eyes, however, betrayed her.

They flickered, restless, transfixed not on the palace or the vastness of the Genesis space but on the open portal hovering gently before her. A translucent window Kakashi had left her, letting her observe the outside world whenever she wished.

And tonight… she wished.

No, she needed to.

The portal showed a simple bedroom, bathed in soft moonlight. The air was still, but heavy. Silken sheets rustled. Limbs tangled. Breaths met and exhaled in rhythmic waves.

Kakashi.

Kaguya's byakugan eyes narrowed.

He was there, his body radiant, forged in divinity and strength, yet gentle in every motion. He lay upon Konan, whispering words too soft for her to hear, but she could see their weight by how Konan shivered in his arms.

His hands moved with purpose. His mouth traced every curve with reverence. It was not battle or dominance, not fully.

It was a connection.

Kaguya didn't understand it.

She wanted to.

She had read of this in the romance books Kakashi had given her weeks ago, books with strange covers and dramatic titles.

She had scoffed at first, but page by page, she had devoured them. Now, with the real thing before her, she felt those words spring to life.

And she hated it.

Because she felt.

Every touch Kakashi gave Konan, every whisper, every movement, Kaguya's eyes followed. She leaned forward on the throne, lips parted faintly, breath shallow though she didn't need to breathe.

Why do I feel heat in my chest?

Her hand grazed her collarbone.

Why do I… imagine…?

The image shifted.

Now it was Anko.

Then Kurenai.

Then Mei and Tsunade.

Their bodies moved around Kakashi like waves in a storm, his strength never faltering, his stamina endless, his hands everywhere, guiding, holding, conquering.

Their moans filled the air, echoing slightly through the sealed space. Kaguya watched it all, trapped in stillness, yet unable to look away.

A spark ignited deep inside her. A small one. Then it grew.

She imagined herself, replacing Mei.

Her legs wrapped around Kakashi's waist, her pale skin flush with heat, her long silver hair cascading across his chest. His lips on her neck. His hand in her hair. His voice whispering Kaguya…

She bit her lip.

That one thought sent a tremor through her. She jerked in place, grabbing the armrest of her throne with force that cracked the jade.

Her face, normally serene, now flushed a deep shade of pink.

This is irrational. I am a goddess. I am the progenitor of chakra. I do not-

But the image didn't fade. If anything, her own mind began projecting more, fantasies more vivid than what the window offered.

And yet it didn't satisfy. Because she was only watching.

By the time the sun rose in the outside world, Konan was still curled in Kakashi's arms. Her body exhausted, her expression peaceful. Kaguya stared, unmoving.

Then came the second wave.

Anko. Kurenai. Mei. Tsunade.

Together.

Again.

Kakashi bore them all.

A storm of lust and heat. Four women and one man who seemed never to grow weary. Laughter. Screams. Gasps. Tears.

Kaguya shivered.

A goddess had watched mortals love, and found herself changed.

….

A day later.

She stormed into the crystalline palace, her pale feet making no sound on the polished floor. Her long white robe swayed behind her. Her expression was unreadable, blank, cool, but her mind was not.

That night had shaken her.

Kaguya stepped onto the highest platform of the palace, gazing out at the eternal black space. Yet her thoughts were nowhere near here. They were still on him.

Why do I feel drawn to that man?

Kakashi.

She had wanted his body once, to host her return. But now… her desire was different. Not power. Not conquest. It was something she had no word for.

A part of her had even felt jealous.

She sat on a crystal bed carved from her will alone. The sheets were smooth chakra silk, the color of moonlight. She tried to meditate. To purge the thoughts.

But they came again.

His hands are on her horns.

His smile as he teased her.

His lips whisper her name.

Kaguya trembled again.

She gritted her teeth and focused. She closed her eyes, but instead of empty black, she saw him. That damned man. That beautiful, strong, arrogant man.

She fell back on the bed and groaned, a sound foreign to her.

"I am losing my mind…"

Moments passed.

Then the seal space shimmered faintly.

She felt him.

Kakashi.

Kaguya sat up quickly, just as he materialized in the entryway of her palace. Shirtless. Loose pants. Calm, confident eyes.

"Hey," he said casually, walking in like it was his bedroom.

"Why are you here?" Kaguya scowled.

He chuckled. "You looked a little… restless yesterday."

Her blush returned. "You allowed me to watch."

"You asked for the window," he teased. "I didn't think you'd use it for two days straight."

"It was… research," Kaguya growled, stood, then crossed her arms.

"Ah," Kakashi nodded solemnly. "Academic purposes."

She glared. "You are infuriating."

"You're flustered," he said, stepping closer.

She backed up slightly. "I am not."

He reached out and tapped her horn gently. She jolted.

"I told you not to do that!"

"I asked last time. You said yes."

"I thought it was part of a contract for books!"

"I lied," he grinned. "But you didn't say stop."

Her fists clenched. But when he stepped closer again, she didn't retreat.

"You're not angry," he whispered.

"I am…"

"You're curious."

She looked away.

"I want to build a palace for you," he said suddenly.

She blinked. "What?"

"A true one. Not just this crystal shell. One with air, nature, balance. A place where you can feel again. Eat. Taste. Touch."

"Why?"

"Because I don't want you to feel alone anymore."

Kaguya stared at him.

Then slowly, she walked closer.

Her hands lifted… and placed themselves against his bare chest.

He let her.

"You want me to… feel?" she asked.

"Yes."

"Then… let us spar."

He blinked. "Now?"

"I want to understand what makes you burn."

Kakashi smiled.

They vanished into the void.

Their clash shook the sealed space.

Fists met palms. Light burst from their blows. She moved like moonlight, and he like a black flame. Their chakra roared and fused midair.

He watched her.

And noticed something strange.

Her chakra, was synchronizing.

Like a heartbeat, slowly matching his.

Like instinct.

Like a bond forming.

Like…

He didn't finish the thought.

After the spar, Kaguya collapsed back onto the palace bed, sweatless but glowing. Her soul form hummed with sensation she hadn't known she could feel.

Kakashi stood above her, smiling down.

"You held back," he said.

"I had to."

"Why?"

"Because next time… I won't just fight you."

She turned her face from him, embarrassed.

"…And not just in battle."

Her fingers touched her horns slowly.

They still tingled.

And though she didn't understand why…

…she found herself wanting him to touch them again.
