Lira's eyes widened slightly. "The dragonlings?"
Serelyth chuckled, curling into a small loop of air. "Both the dragonlings and you, little human. Flying on these islands is unlike anything you've experienced. The air is thinner, the gravity… unusual. You'll need balance, awareness, and timing. Mistakes can be dangerous."
Fluffy mewed in protest at the word "danger," but stayed perched on Lira's shoulder. Lira patted him gently. "I'll be careful. I promise."
The first hatchling chirped and flapped its wings, nudging her hand as if impatient. Lira laughed softly. "Alright, little one. Let's start with gentle lifts."
