Chinya smiled and played along with Kakashi, "When I was nine."

Obito was practically seething but couldn't find a rebuttal.

Kakashi began making hand seals while speaking to Chinya, "Perfect. I also want Sensei to witness my newly developed jutsu inspired from Thunder Breathing—Chidori!"
