Chapter 174 - Chapter 174: Give Her the Villa

The internet went wild.

"Mr. Fu is absolutely savage—he just blocked Mr. Zhou's account."

"So, does that mean Mr. Fu won? Congratulations to him for claiming the title of Celia's boyfriend!"

"Wait… are Mr. Fu and Celia really together? Weren't there rumors about him and Rosalie just a few days ago?"

"That was just Rosalie's fans hyping up a single photo and pretending it was a marriage certificate. Looks like Mr. Fu just shut them down in spectacular fashion."

"Wow… Celia's got two top-tier CEOs fighting over her. She must be something special."

"I actually like her. Even if she's a country girl, she's quiet and doesn't cause trouble. I'm rooting for her."

"Same here. Does she have a personal account? I want to follow her."

Public opinion swung sharply in Celia's favor. Envy, admiration, and curiosity mixed together, drawing more and more attention toward her.

The trending topic "Nathaniel Fu wins Celia's boyfriend title" shot to the top of the charts, quickly followed by the word "Explosion." The traffic surge was so massive it briefly froze the platform, leaving the network paralyzed for several seconds.

In her office, Rosalie's legs buckled, and she collapsed into her chair. She had never—never—imagined there was actually a connection between Nathaniel Fu and Celia.

What exactly was their relationship?

Nathaniel had a photo of Celia in his bed. That alone told the story.

She had been the one to help Celia debut. She had even stirred up the "Celia's boyfriend" buzz herself—only to humiliate her, not to make her famous. This… this wasn't supposed to make Celia shine.

Why?

Why had it all backfired?

Rosalie bit down so hard on her lip she tasted blood. She couldn't figure out where she had lost.

In Nathaniel Fu's office, his series of very public moves had left Celia completely bewildered. What exactly was he playing at?

Just then, her phone chimed with a soft, melodic ringtone. The caller ID flashed Secretary Song.

She picked up.

"Hello, Ms. Celia," Secretary Song said smoothly. "Are you available today? I'd like to arrange the transfer of the Yipinlan Villa to your name."

Celia blinked. "You're… transferring the Yipinlan Villa to me?"

"Yes, ma'am. The president's orders."

Her heart gave a small tremor. She had asked him for the Yipinlan Villa when they first met, and he'd agreed—on the condition that she stayed with him for six months. The property was worth a fortune. They'd only been together for a short while, so… why now?

"Secretary Song, could I speak to your CEO directly?"

"Of course."

A moment later, the line went silent except for the faint sound of someone breathing on the other end. He didn't speak—just waited.

Celia hesitated, her mind flashing back to last night… the way he had trapped her, his breath rough and hot against her ear, the barely restrained fury in his touch.

"If you're not going to say anything, I'm hanging up," came his cold voice at last.

"…Mr. Fu," she said quietly, "are you really giving me the Yipinlan Villa? How about this—you set a price, and I'll pay you."

"Do you want the villa or not?" he interrupted, impatience sharpening his tone.

"…Yes."

He gave a short, derisive laugh—and hung up.

Celia stared at her phone. "…."

Zhou Jin strolled over, ruffling her hair like she was a kid. "Well, I've seen everything now. That Mr. Fu isn't just a shameless flirt—he's ridiculously generous. No wonder you've fallen for him."

Then, with a mock-serious look, he added, "But Cici, you can have fun, just don't get too deep. Nathaniel Fu's taste in women is legendary, and that 'White Moonlight' from the capital… she's got a dangerous kind of beauty."

He patted her shoulder once more. "And don't forget—bring back the jade pendant."
