Chapter 171 - Chapter 171: She’s Harley Quinn, and You’re the Jokers?

"I'll arrange things with Mrs. Fu. I'll be moving out of Yipinlan Villa today."

That was it—the end of their relationship.

Nathaniel Fu tossed his phone onto the coffee table and drained a bottle of wine in one go. "We're done."

Wen Shaoqian raised a brow. "That's it? You're just letting her go?"

Nathaniel gave a humorless laugh. "It was just for fun. I never took it seriously. I'm over it."

The Next Morning

Zhao Qian hurried over to Rosalie's desk. "Rosalie, that Celia finally showed up for work."

"Really?" Rosalie's eyes narrowed. "Let's go take a look."

The two of them walked toward the main hall—and stopped short when they spotted Celia coming in. She wasn't alone. Walking beside her was Zhou Jin.

Tall, impeccably dressed, with refined features and an air of effortless confidence, Zhou Jin drew every female gaze in the room as they passed. The women of CC quickly clustered together, whispering.

"Oh my God, who's that gorgeous man with Celia? Is that her boyfriend?""I want one like that!""I mean, sure she's got that scar, but she's still magnetic—and now she's got that guy? Unreal."

Zhao Qian's eyes gleamed. "Rosalie, could he really be her boyfriend?"

Rosalie froze for a beat. She had imagined Celia's boyfriend as some chubby, awkward small-timer. But this? This was… infuriating.

Celia and Zhou Jin came closer. Celia's tone was cool. "Move. You're blocking the way."

Rosalie: "…"

They stepped aside, and Celia led Zhou Jin straight into her office.

Rosalie and Zhao Qian followed moments later. Zhao Qian glanced at Zhou Jin with open admiration."Sir, do you even know who she is? She's been lying to you."

Zhou Jin's expression barely shifted, but there was a trace of amusement in his voice. "Oh? And how exactly has she lied to me?"

"This Celia is just some backwater nobody who got into CC through connections. She's notorious here. Nobody likes her," Zhao Qian said with relish.

Celia gave a light, almost weary smile, and Zhou Jin mirrored it. "If my Celia is a clown girl, then what does that make the rest of you—her fellow clowns?"

Zhao Qian: "…"Rosalie: "…"

Rosalie's hand curled into a fist, but then a thought came to her. "Celia, this is company time. I don't think you're allowed to bring your boyfriend in, are you?"

"That's right," Zhao Qian jumped in. "Bringing your boyfriend to the office is a serious violation of policy. Best-case scenario, you'll have to write a formal apology. Worst case—you're out."

The two exchanged a smug glance and left.

Celia sighed. "Brother, you've just made yourself a target. They're coming for you now."

Zhou Jin leaned back in her chair, looking far too comfortable. "Then I'll just have some fun with them."

Out in the hall, Rosalie said, "Qianqian, go file a complaint with Director Li. Celia only got in here because of her connections. Now she's breaking company rules by bringing her boyfriend in. Li will fire her for sure."

"Got it. What about you?"

Rosalie pulled out her phone. "I'm posting on Weibo."

Zhao Qian smirked and headed toward Director Li's office.

Rosalie lingered outside Celia's office door, snapped a quick picture of her and Zhou Jin, and posted it with the caption: 'So happy! Celia brought her boyfriend to work today~'

She added a private thought as she hit post: Any man who has time to hang around a woman's office in the middle of the workday clearly doesn't have a real job. Handsome or not, he's still just Celia's kind of man.

And with that, she sat back to wait for the online pile-on.
