Maximus tapped his fingers against his knee in deep thought. "Good. But we also need to make sure everything behind the scenes is running perfectly. And I am talking staff, security, accomodations. We can't afford a single mistake on opening night."
Zack laughed, shaking his head. "Man, you really don't trust people to do their jobs, huh?"
Maximus gave him a look. "I trust results. And I want everything to be flawless."
Zack raised his hands in mock surrender, "Alright, alrighty mister perfectionist. We will go over the details later." he paused, then smirked. "But tell me, are you actually excited about this?"
Maximus hesitated for a brief moment before exhaling. Zack didn't know how excited he was because he didn't know Maximus literally jumped off a woman when he had the news.
"Yeah," he admitted, the corner of his lips lifting slightly. "I am."
Zack grinned, clinking his glass of wine against maximus's untouched bottled of water. "Then let's make it happen."
