Emily's heart was racing as she sat across from Julian, discussing the details of their arrangement. She had agreed to be his partner, in every sense of the word, and now she was about to find out what that really meant.
"So, here's how it will work," Julian said, his voice low and smooth. "You'll move in with me, into my penthouse apartment. You'll be at my beck and call, whenever I need you."
Emily felt a shiver run down her spine as she nodded, trying to process the implications of what she was getting herself into.
"And what about my job?" she asked, trying to sound calm.
"You'll still work as my assistant, but your duties will be...expanded," Julian said, his eyes glinting with amusement. "You'll be responsible for taking care of me, in every way."
Emily felt a flush rise to her cheeks as she realized what Julian meant. She would be his lover, his companion, and his assistant all rolled into one.
As they discussed the details of the arrangement, Emily couldn't help but feel a sense of unease. She was giving up a lot, surrendering her freedom and autonomy to Julian's whims.
