A flash of white light returned Chen Luo to the main world. After completing his mission, he could freely travel between the two worlds. Besides, the affairs of the Reincarnators had nothing to do with him. As a special Reincarnator, he didn't need to join the mainstream in quests. He could complete his own mission, reap the rewards, and then leave.

Chen Luo clenched his fists. As expected, the weapon he had equipped had lost its effectiveness. The defensive properties remained, but the attack power and skills were restricted. The crucial aura effect hadn't been blocked, which made Chen Luo feel relieved. Aura users are the most comfortable. This buff provides a constant boost without any cost.

Returning to the main world, Chen Luo approached Wesker. "Let's go to the underground facility. We're looking for William. He's in trouble."

Wesker frowned, but still led the way. "Where did you get the information? The underground facility's measures are extremely advanced. No one can breach its defenses, not even Alliance agents!"

"I have the information, and that's all you need to know. It's a secret. Let's go. If we're too late, William will die, and our cooperation with you will be over." Chen Luo smiled wickedly, pulled out a pistol, and donned special forces uniform.

Elsewhere in the underground facility, the lab was in ruins, and the researchers were dead. The guards were deploying suppressive fire, but the enemy easily withstood their fire, even striding forward.

A black guard, grabbed by the burly man's neck, was lifted up. His feet were off the ground, and he grasped the man's arms, struggling. Bang! The next second, the burly man crushed the black man's head with a single hand! The human skull is incredibly strong, requiring at least a ton of force to crack. Yet, this burly man had crushed his opponent's head with his bare hands—a truly astonishing display of strength.

William and his wife, Annette, watched in astonishment from the monitoring room. "Where are these guys from? Sound the alarm!"

Annette, operating the computer, a chilling expression on her face. "It's locked down! They've locked down the entire local area network! Damn it! A hacker's in! I'm trying to crack it!"

The team on screen approached the G-Virus laboratory. William's expression grew increasingly fierce. He picked up the phone and shouted, "Release the Hunter and the Tyrant!"

His researchers were bewildered, but with no other options, they simply obeyed. A series of codes were activated. The sealed, frozen hatch opened, revealing numerous strange creatures. This biological weapon, created by splicing and editing animal and human genes, possessed a violent attack potential and could be controlled via an electronic chip. It was still in the experimental stage, just a few steps away from completing the experiment and becoming a qualified product.

Standing 1.7 meters tall, its lizard-like head still possessed human genetic features. Under the control of a chip, it launched a surprise attack on the invading Reincarnationists.

Whoosh! The Hunter was incredibly fast, leaping out at lightning speed. Even the most well-trained soldiers couldn't react. One soldier, unable to dodge, had a large chunk of flesh torn off by the Hunter's claws!

"Hiss! Damn!" the man roared in anger, raising his modified sniper rifle, now incredibly powerful. With a single shot, he blew the screaming Hunter's head off. Even the Hunter's quick dodge proved futile; locked onto him, there was no escape!

As the first Hunter rushed out, more followed.

A 2.3-meter-tall man took the lead, blocking the way. "Haha, Golden Bell!" He activated his external energy, covering his entire body with a layer of metallic skin. The Hunter's claws sparked as they gripped the flesh, unable to cut through it at all. Grabbed by the throat, the burly man grinned and pinned the hunter beneath him. He ignored the other hunters' attempts to stop him, smacking him with his claws, but even the hunter couldn't budge.

He grasped the hunter's ferocious head with both hands, pressing his palms against its sharp fangs, and twisted it forcefully left and right. Despite the hunter's continued struggle, the burly man roared, and with a resounding crack of bone, the hunter's head had been torn off alive with his bare hands!

Was this even humanly possible? It was impossible.

This scene horrified everyone, and they could only rely on numbers to defeat the enemy, sending more hunters out.

As luck would have it, the chip malfunctioned, and instead of sending the hunters out to kill the enemy, they slaughtered all the researchers in the lab!

Elsewhere, Wesker and Chen Luo arrived at the underground laboratory through a secret backdoor passage and immediately noticed something was amiss. Something seemed to be amiss, and the surveillance cameras couldn't recognize Wesker's identity and wouldn't let him in.

Wesker took out a card and inserted it into a nearby slot, then reset the password. After waiting for almost half a minute, the door was reopened. But when the two entered, the door was immediately closed, and a red light came on, sounding the alarm.

"You're right, there is indeed a problem here." Wesker took out his gun, "Let's split up." He was not used to fighting side by side with others. He didn't have this habit. Friendship? No need.

Chen Luo was worried about having no excuses, so he left happily. With the blessing of the halo, plus the map given by Suzuki Yoko and January, he was more familiar with this place than Wesker.

Although the weapons were disabled, the defensive properties of the equipment were still there, but the effect was a little worse.

As he advanced, Chen Luo noticed that the communication had been interrupted. Combining this with the system's assigned tasks, he could easily deduce a problem. A glitch had occurred in the space, requiring repair. Some reincarnators had exploited the glitch and were exploiting it for their own benefit. This was forbidden by the space, yet certain rules prevented such behavior. Consequently, his presence had revealed a new target to the space, leading to this task.
