Chapter 1 - EP.1: The Feather That Fell From the Sky

It was a quiet afternoon at Arken Academy.

While the students filled the schoolyard with laughter and banter, one boy stood alone, eyes fixed on the sky.

Neen, a quiet 17-year-old student known as a "nerd" to most of his classmates, always carried a thick book in his arms. He wasn't very sociable. His glasses slipped down his nose often, and his uniform was always just a bit untidy.

But deep inside—hidden beneath the layers of awkwardness—was someone far more extraordinary.

As he sat beneath the school's old tree, a strange sensation stirred in his chest. The wind grew still, and the pages of his book stopped fluttering. Time, for a moment, seemed to pause.

From the sky above, a single white feather floated down.

It shimmered faintly—almost glowing—and descended slowly, as if guided by fate.

Neen blinked. No one else seemed to notice. The feather landed gently on the page he was reading.

"…Let the light guide you," the text on the page read.

Suddenly, the feather vanished—as if it had never existed.

Neen looked around. The world had returned to normal.

That night…

Neen couldn't sleep.

The image of that mysterious feather haunted him. He rummaged through his drawer and pulled out a strange folded paper he had found a few days ago in the school library—hidden inside a book titled Book of Fortune. It looked like nothing special. But tonight, he had a feeling…

He examined it under the light. No words, no symbols—just a folded crease like origami.

He sighed, placing it by the window before falling asleep.

The next morning…

Sunlight streamed through the window, striking the paper key. To Neen's surprise, the light refracted in a strange way—pointing upward toward the sky.

He grabbed the paper, ran outside, and stood in the schoolyard, eyes fixed once more on the sky.

And then, it happened again.

From above, that same feather reappeared—gently drifting downward until it touched the paper in his hands.

The paper began to glow.

It transformed before his eyes, unfolding itself, changing shape—until it became a strange, ancient-looking key.

Neen's heart pounded. He didn't know what the key opened, but somehow, he knew:

This… was the beginning of something far beyond imagination.
