There might have been no maglev vehicles, no fusion reactors, no gravity belts, no sky reaching skyscrapers and such. But the might of this city tinged with a great aura of ancientness was not less magnificent than the sights he was used to on Earth.
Massive stone walls, reinforced with gleaming metal inlays that pulsed with contained mana, encircled the entire designated land that made up the city in concentric rings, creating distinct districts that served different purposes within this neutral territory.
