Opening Scene:
Sixteen-year-old Kael Drayen wakes up with memories of an event that hasn't happened yet—a bombing of Neo-Tokyo's orbit station that will kill millions. But everything around him is normal: news reports show peace, his school is functioning, and no one else has seen what he remembers.
At school, Kael zones out, reliving flashes of the explosion. Not just sights, but smells, screams, and faces. Faces he doesn't know… yet.
He writes everything in a black journal he hides inside his neural scanner blocker—illegal tech that keeps government AI from reading his thoughts.
Hook/Inciting Incident:
During a lecture on "Chrono Stability," Kael's ears start ringing, and he collapses. A voice—mechanical, but human—echoes in his mind:
> "You are the anomaly. Time remembers you."
Kael wakes up in the school infirmary. A girl he has never met before is sitting beside him. Her name is Nira. But… she knows his name.
> "You saw it too," she whispers. "The bombing. That wasn't a dream. We're not from this timeline."
Kael is stunned. Is he hallucinating? Is she real? Nira hands him a cracked chronowatch—illegal tech banned after the Time Fracture War of 2112.
> "They erased the timeline," she says. "But we're the fragments. We remember. And now… we must find the others before the cycle resets."
Suddenly, drones swarm the window. An alert blares through the school:
> "Unregistered chronopath activity detected. Prepare for containment."
Kael grabs the watch, looks at Nira—and jumps through the window, as time bends around him.
