Then Liebe said, "Now—Dark Magic: Fallen Angel's Descent!" and he crashed down like a meteor.
Liebe stood tall. "Hello, these..."
Nyrex growled, "Who the hell are you? I didn't know another devil managed to escape."
Liebe smirked. "I'm evil."
He raised his hand. "Dark Magic: Dark Malice."
A thick, suffocating aura spread through the air—even Nyrex flinched.
"You… You can't be. No human ever managed to have the presence you show!" she snapped.
Liebe said, "I'm a human—here to turn you into dust. Now let's end this!"
He extended his arms. "Dark Magic: Light Blades, Grey Slashes!"
The grey slashes screamed through the air and cut through Nyrex's arms—she screamed in disbelief.
"My arms! I… I can't regenerate?! How?!"
Liebe replied, "It's magic that's both holy and unholy. Your body doesn't know if it's warm or cold—it's breaking you."
Enraged, Nyrex revealed her true form—a massive serpent-like demon—and lunged, trying to choke Liebe with her coils.
Liebe scoffed, "Hey, snake. You really think your body can hurt me?"
"Dark Magic: Dark Spikes!"
Spikes exploded from his body, piercing straight through Nyrex's coils. She howled in pain.
"How… How is your darkness hurting me?!"
Liebe answered, "Licht has light—but unlike me, he can't wield its holy or unholy side.
My darkness… is one of the unholiest things in this world. Even your demon blood pales in comparison."
"Dark Magic: Gradient Slash!"
Liebe slashed through Nyrex's waist—her tail fell off, writhing on the floor.
Nyrex grinned. "The one I fought earlier was weaker… but you're stronger."
Suddenly, the severed tail shot forward and stabbed Liebe in the back.
Nyrex hissed, "My As Magic isn't just for show."
Liebe pulled out the poisoned stinger, looked at it, and stabbed it deeper into himself.
"Now that's some delicious toxin..." he said with a smirk.
This toxin is making me numb… exactly what I need, he thought.
Nyrex stared, horrified. Why did he do that?!
Alysa arrived. "I'm here to help!"
Liebe shouted, "No! Stay away!"
Elizabeth screamed, "Brother! You're bleeding!"
Liebe growled, "You two—stay back. I can handle this."
Nyrex sneered, "So… that's your weakness."
As she lunged toward Alysa, Liebe roared, "I won't allow it!"
"Elizbeth, use the Shadow Realm—take everyone away! The whole Red Light Area is in danger!"
Nyrex hissed, "I will not allow you!"
"As Magic: Metaloid Soldiers!"
Metallic tentacles burst out of the ground, tearing the entire Red Light District apart.
Liebe gritted his teeth. "I wanted to do this alone… but I guess I have no choice."
He tapped his communicator mid-battle.
"Gelda, come! We've got an evacuation emergency—main road, Red Light District!"
Nyrex grimaced. If more knights show up… this could be trouble.
Liebe turned to Elizabeth. "I need ten seconds—can you handle this?"
Elizabeth nodded. "Understood."
Gelda's never been here—she can't teleport in, Liebe thought. We're mostly on our own. If Mother doesn't arrive soon… everyone will be dead. We have to do this ourselves.
Elizabeth's eyes darkened.
"Shadow Magic: Shadow Domain!"
Black spikes erupted from the ground, impaling Nyrex.
Nyrex grunted, "You're just delaying the inevitable…"
"Bow barbs!" Elizabeth added, and spikes split into hooked blades, making it harder for Nyrex to regenerate.
"Shadow Magic: Shadow Lance!"
But now Elizabeth was surrounded by metaloid soldiers.
Liebe shouted, "Alysa! I can take it down—but this thing is like a cockroach. I can't keep it down for long—I need your help now!"
And then—
Alysa's voice rang out, her spell resonating with the shadows and the silence:
"From the veil of night, let silence stalk the flame.
Eyes that pierce the soul, let none escape her claim.
Bound by fate and forged in arc,
Be born, the Dark Huntress—now dark magic: Blessing of Dark!"
