Sheldo and the others are sleeping peacefully. The entire village is having a peaceful night. It's a trusted night. The village has a defence unit of sorcerers which protects from attacks and also a team of rescue unit in case of natural calamities like floods or landslides etc.
But even if there is a hundred way to rise there is atleast one way to doom.
As the wind caress the forest a big explosion occured atop of the village and caused everyone to wake up. It was an explosion strong enough to blow entire hills down and it did just that
The entire defence team was summoned and rushed to the area. The village leader ordered the rescue team to be on alert and should help those in need. Sheldo woke up in panic and saw that his parent stood by his side in alert. He was confused but at the same time he figured something is wrong. The defence team started at the smoke and was ready for the worst
Soon enough debris rolled down the hill to the village. Big rocks and trees along with soil rushed down to the village. The defence team was quick enough to use a barrier technique around the area to block the debris for the the time being.
Sheldo's father put on his rescue team uniform and went to patrol the area. A commander of the rescue team came to the village office and requested to evacuate the village citizens, but the chief refused
"Evacuation can wait for now"
Those words the captain furious. He straight up shouted
Captain: BUT DEFENCE WILL NOT HOLD ANY LONGER THE ENTIRE HILL IS COLLAPSING WE ARE TOK WEAK FOR THAT CHIEF. SAFETY OF THE VILLAGERS COMES FIRST!!!!
The village chief arrogantly replied
Village chief : you are underestimating our defence team, they are mighty. Mighty enough to deal a situation twice worse than this
It was evident he had too much trust in his village's defence unit and isn't prepared for what to come.
Captain: fine but don't blame me if things become worse
The dust and smoke particles had invaded people's houses and caused panic. The rescue team announced through "stay calm villagers, stay safe inside your houses until things are clear" even if it was meant to be words of comfort it caused many more people to panic but people listened and never left their houses.
Things appeared to be on control but then one huge rock hot a small rock and leaked over thier defence barriers. It left many defensive soldiers looking at it suprised as it fell directly to Emma's house destroying it completely
Soon enough the chief got the information and send near rescue team to help the house effected. But then sheldo recieved a message from a magic mirror (basically mobiles) and the one speaking was Emma
Emma : (crying) sheldo something happened and we are stuck p-please help us your my only hope
Sheldo was furious
Sheldo: don't worry Emm I'll save you. Emma
Sheldo disobeyed how mother and loudly opened the door and rushed to get house. He was angry of the situation and thought 'why was this happening too them' his anger turned to sadness as a drop of tears kissed the ground which is about to turn into a battle field. He couldn't contain his pain and anger.
He reached Emma's house and heard her sound. He searched for her in the rubble. "Emma" he screamed with his exhausted throat , the pain and anger was evident in his voice. Tears was running down his cheeks. At the end he saw her hand, for that moment he felt partially relieved. He screamed loudly with Emma. At last he successfully lifted her up and helps her close. Her legs were bruised. Blood dripped down her hand and legs. She was physically and mentally in pain.
Emma : sheldo I- I can't feel my legs
She said with her number emotions until
Emma : SHELDO MY LEGS!!
she screamed out crying while she is close to sheldo. He tried to calm her down then the rescue team arrived and saw them both. They theatres Emma and bandaged her wounds
Rescue team : it's god's will that she survived with only just a broken leg along few ribs so be relieved instead of scared
The rescue team informed sheldo. He looked at her and saw her eyes which has gone dark.
She is feeling numb because of what has happened.
It's been 3 hours after the explosion and they managed to survive the hill explosion. An announcement was made and caused happiness across the village. The rescue team removed broken pieces of the houses in search of Emma's family. But they were met with a gruesome scene.
Emma's family is crushed like jam. None of those faces can be recognised all you can see is the crushed bones and internal organs lying on the blood which is spreaded our like a carpet
Emma saw the scene and was terrified. She kneeled down out of terror and cried openly "MOM....MOM!!!!" she couldn't couldn't contain the pain she felt. She smashed her head continuously until sheldo stopped her.
Sheldo: Emma stop!!
Sheldo tiled her out of concern
Emma : I can't...I lost my family
Emma answered in sadness and despair.
Sheldo : it's ok Emma I understand you
Emma : YOU DON'T ! YOU DON'T SHELDO!!!!
Emma's response saddened sheldo deeply. She didn't understand how much he genuinely cared for her. She has lost control. She lost her family now she feels nothing but sorrow.
Sheldo: trust me Emma I feel you. You havent lost everything. I'm here I'll look out for you Emma
Emma couldn't help but cry even harder "you will sheldo? " Emma said while crying "I will Emma, I will" sheldo replied confidently
Together they faced at the strange environment and also get parents. Note the only ones she can rely is him and his parents. He now has a responsibility he now has someone to look after and he will do it. He sweared on the moon godess and looked confidently feeling responsibility in his hands he holds her close to him his eyes shining with affection..
Together always.....
