When Anna reached home, it was already midnight.
Anna lived in a three-bedroom apartment in a gated society. Being among the top properties of the city, it had quite good security.
Dead tired, she collapsed onto the couch with a sigh, letting her bag slide to the floor. Her eyes stared at the ceiling for a moment before a small smile crept onto her face
"What a day it was," she murmured to herself, chuckling softly.
Still smiling, she dragged herself into the kitchen. Opening the fridge, she spotted a few fresh vegetables tucked into the corner.
"Sweet Indian it is," she said to no one in particular, tying her hair into a messy bun.
As she hummed a random tune, she started chopping and sautéing, preparing a quick mix vegetable curry with steamed rice. The warm, familiar aroma filled the air, comforting her in the way only home-cooked food could.
Twenty minutes later, dinner was ready. She set up the TV, curled up on the couch with her plate, and began watching a variety show.
Despite the exhaustion, Anna never skipped dinner. "Even if I'm tired," she'd often say, "starving my body won't help." That was her rule: work hard, rest well, and always eat properly.
By the time she got ready to go to bed, it was already 1 : 30 am.
Well, like a typical night-owl she was she woke up around 10 am.
"Damn THIS viscous sleep cycle." She sighed, "really need to work on this."
Having a late dinner, she was quite full. It was also a rare day off for her so she decided to just stay in and chill while catching up with some anime and drama.
While lying on the sofa and watching like a typical she was also browsing Teibo. Like a typical homebody.
Suddenly, she saw Michael's incoming call
"Hye Mike what's up?"
"Good news, you passed the audition."
"This is huge." She exclaimed with joy, "When is the shooting starting?"
"Before shooting, there will be a table read in two weeks from now."
"I will mail you the script. Since you have to prepare for the script will reschedule your arrangement for next week."
"OK take care."
The movie that Anna had auditioned was her first movie after being in drama though she was more popular for her last two dramas. she had been acting for last four year had quite a good portfolio.
The movie was called THE ECHO ROOM it was a thriller movie though it was a medium size production but the Director Lee was known to give hits.
While though she had given the audition for the film Anna found the reading script to be more fascinating
