"I'm so bored of this training. When are we going on our next quest?" Alya complained to Cinister.
"Can you calm down a bit?" Cinister replied, rubbing his eyes. "I'm tired of the training too, but we don't stand a chance against Allen if we slack off now."
Alya used [Sneak] and gently poked Cinister in the side. "I'll just turn invisible and stab him like this."
"Yeah, like that's going to work," Cinister muttered.
Alya pouted. "Well, at least I'm trying."
Cinister sighed, then gave a tired sigh. "Fine. Let's round up the gang and speedrun the last two quests."
We call everyone in the living room "Okay so I made two groups Group 1: Micheal, me and Alya and Group 2: Brayden, George and Ragna" said Cinister
"Wait, why am I not in your group, Cinister?" Ragna asked.
"Because if that alien comes back, we need someone strong enough to take him down," Cinister explained.
"Wait then how did he manage to kidnap you?" Ragna asked, raising an eyebrow.
"I was sleeping," Cinister muttered.
"Dumbass," Ragna grumbled.
"Shut up," Cinister shot back.
We go to the board and choose these two quests:
[Quest: Help Rebuild Some Houses / Reward: 10 gold coins][Quest: Ask The Alien Queen For Alien Goo / Reward: 5 scrolls]
"Um, what is Alien Goo?" Cinister asks the receptionist.
"It's a very strong material that we use in armor making," said the receptionist.
"Goo I hate goo please don't tell me it's slimes" said Alya
"Calm down it's says Alien goo not slime goo" said CInister
"I guess you're right" Alya said calmy
"Oh btw George, we should get some for you," said Cinister.
"Yeah, I guess," George said.
Group 2 heads to the village and starts rebuilding the houses with the villagers.
Group 1 makes their way to the boss cave. It had a menacing feeling, and the green light made it kind of scary. As we moved through, we saw an alien oddly, she resembled a human.
She noticed us and said,"Ah, you must be here for the Alien Goo."
"Yeah, can we have it?" Cinister asked.
"Well, you're handsome enough, I suppose. Let's have a friendly spar. If you do well enough, I'll give you some," said the Alien Queen.
"Sure," said Cinister.
"[Fire Ring: Double]," said Cinister, as two fire rings spun on his back in opposite directions, giving him a massive boost in all stats.
"Sneak," Alya used to turn invisible, and "Icy Pillars," Michael casted.
"A 3v1 sounds interesting," the Alien Queen said, "but I have my own buff spell [Alien Locale]."
The cave glowed a deeper green as the queen's stats were boosted by +10 across the board.
She dashed at Cinister, fast and precise. He reacted instantly, blocking her attack but what he didn't realize was that she had thrown a knife mid-dash. As the blade closed in, just an inch from Cinister's eye, Michael's [Ice Pillars] shot up and blocked it in time.
"Just so you know, every attack I miss makes me faster," said the Queen as she came at Cinister at Mach 25.
"You may be fast, but that doesn't mean I'll give up. [Jet Burst]," Cinister said.
With the activation of his ability, Cinister's speed surged. Gradually, he began keeping up with the Queen. They clashed at blinding speeds, each strike ringing through the cave. Cinister did his best to parry or block, but some attacks forced him to dodge at the last second.
"Ha! This is more entertaining than I thought," said the Queen.
"But you're forgetting one thing," Cinister said.
"What's that?" she asked, confused.
"We have a little assassin," Cinister smirked.
The Queen's eyes widened as she remembered Alya but it was too late. Alya had already stabbed her from behind.
"Nice going, Alya," said Cinister.
"Do I get a treat?" Alya pleaded.
"Fine, I'll take you shopping," Cinister replied.
"Yay!" she jumped with happiness.
"Good job I'm surprised I haven't been hurt in a while" said the queen
She gave us 20 Alien Goo. "This is the most I've ever given, so congrats."
"Thanks a lot," Cinister said.
"Come visit me again sometime," the Queen teased.
"No, he won't be," Alya snapped, pushing Cinister out of the cave.
The Queen giggled and returned to meditating.
"The nerve on her," Alya muttered.
As we got back we saw how group 2 were already there
"Oh you guys are done?" said Ragna
"Yeah it was easier than expected" Cinister said
"Well glad you have fun" said George
We complete the quest and the receptionist saw the 20 goo and was shocked. "You guys got this much"
"Yeah, is it good?" asked Alya.
"Really good. The most we usually get is 2," explained the receptionist.
She then handed us 2 epic scrolls and 3 rare scrolls.
Cinister took one of the scrolls, and an ability flashed by:
[Ignivar Support Spell: Heat Wave]
The user releases a massive cloud of heat. Inside this cloud, the user's instincts are enhanced, and it inflicts HeatStroke on an opponent.(HeatStroke makes the opponent more vulnerable to Ignivar spells and causes their stamina to drain faster.)
[SwiftGale Spell: Stealthy Step]
The user takes an step forward while instantly becoming invisible for 15 seconds. During this time, the user gains increased movement speed and becomes immune to all damage and status effects.
Aftereffect: Once the spell ends, the user's damage output, speed, and health are temporarily reduced.
"Are you guys going to use yours?" asked Cinister.
"Nah, I'm keeping mine," said Ragna.
"I'm selling mine," said George.
"No, I wanna keep it," said Michael.
"Wait Brayden, you didn't get a scroll," said Cinister.
"It's fine. I'll just take most of the gold," Brayden replied with a shrug.
"Anyway, guys, let's go rest. We need to head to the 8th floor next," said Cinister.
"Yeah," they all said in unison.

Alya Maris
Appearance: She has long blue hair and blue eyes. She's about 175 cm (5'7").
Style: She likes trendy clothes she sees on her feed and hates anything gooey.
Likes: She enjoys exploring, but mostly in safe places.
Favorite Dessert: Cherry ice cream.
George Thornton
Appearance: He has short purple hair and dark blue eyes. He's about 178 cm (5'8").
Style: He's a bit perverted but likes to wear baggy clothes and clunky armor.

Appearance: He has medium sized blonde hair and yellow eyes. He's about 178 cm (5'8") same as George.
Style: He likes wearing hoddies and sleaves.
Favorite Dessert: Cookies. He hates ice cream because he easily gets brain freezes.
