A distinct concave depression was blasted in the middle of the river. Murky water, carrying mud and sand, slowly refilled it. The surface was littered with several electrocuted fish, their gills still weakly opening and closing.
The air was filled with the damp mist of vaporized river water, along with the pungent smell of ozone from the electrified air.
The grass along the riverbank was scorched black by the stray electrical arcs, and the leaves of nearby trees were somewhat wilted, demonstrating the power of the recent strike.
"Hoo... Hoo..."
Uchiha Sasuke emerged from the edge of the forest, looking somewhat disheveled. His face was streaked with dirt, his hair was puffed up and frazzled, and he tightly gripped the longbow named 'Holy Destroyer Arrow' in his hand.
Clearly, before succeeding, he had been affected by his own out-of-control Lightning Release Chakra more than once.

First, the initial phase: [Lightning Activation] and [Magnetization Imbued].
Lightning Activation requires Sasuke to spread Lightning Release Chakra throughout his body, then condense it into an arrow using the longbow, making it perfectly compatible with electromagnetism.
Magnetization Imbued involves changing the polarity of the Chakra, turning the arrow itself into a magnet, giving the arrow a powerful and stable inherent magnetic field.
This is the foundation for all subsequent electromagnetic effects.
Then, the second phase: [Rail Construction].
This requires Sasuke to use the longbow, which has excellent Chakra conductivity, to build an invisible acceleration rail made of Lightning Release Chakra.
This rail needs to establish an alternating electromagnetic field within it, essentially functioning as a small "linear electromagnetic induction accelerator."
This is the core of the jutsu.
Next, the third phase: [Electromagnetic Ejection], which is the initial acceleration.
A powerful repulsive force is generated on the magnetized arrow by a strong electromagnetic force at the front end of the rail, similar to magnetic like-poles repelling. Simultaneously, an attractive force is generated at the rear end of the rail, similar to opposite-poles attracting.
This push-and-pull action, over an extremely short distance, can provide the arrow with terrifying initial kinetic energy, potentially allowing it to reach an initial velocity of Mach 3.
Of course, the current Uchiha Sasuke cannot perfectly achieve all this.
They conducted nearly a hundred attempts. Sasuke's Chakra was almost drained, and they only succeeded this one time, and even then, it barely achieved the effect of the third phase and was extremely unstable.
The final, fourth phase: [Excitation Guidance], the continuous acceleration and correction during flight, is the essence of this Ninjutsu.
After the arrow leaves the rail, its own inherent magnetic field continues to interact with the air and the residual Chakra field maintained by the caster through electromagnetic induction.
According to Lenz's Law, which his teacher taught him, this generates a force that inhibits the arrow's speed decay and can even cause it to accelerate.
Although the physical acceleration effect is limited, with the intervention of Chakra energy, the arrow continuously absorbs the Chakra gathered by the caster during flight to further increase its speed.
The power and speed will change according to the amount of Chakra the caster pours into it.
This is the so-called "Excitation."
Concurrently, the caster maintains a Chakra connection with the inherent magnetic field on the arrow, allowing them to precisely sense the arrow's location, much like radar.

This is the so-called "Guidance."

He could completely simplify the jutsu, abandon the longbow, magnetize his own body, form a "bow and arrow" with his arms, and condense a Lightning Release Chakra arrow.
Alternatively, he could sacrifice power to fire smaller, more numerous arrows for continuous shooting, or split a single arrow into multiple, finer "sub-arrows" for a large-area strike.
"Still, Shisui-nii isn't specialized in Lightning Release, so guiding me to this level is already impressive."
Sasuke frowned slightly, pondering: "Who else in the village is proficient in Lightning Release? Kakashi Hatake? He has an S-Rank Lightning Blade..."
