Shen Mu was incredibly fast and skilled in combat, far surpassing the man. In just a few minutes, the man didn't even have a chance to draw his sword before Shen Mu had kicked him several times.
Shen Mu punched him in the side of the face and kicked him in the chest, sending the man flying. He crashed into the wall with a loud "bang."
With a murderous glint in her eyes, Shen Mu coldly asked, "Who sent you?"
The man held his chest and, coughing hoarsely, asked, "And who sent you? You're so skilled."
Looking down at him, Shen Mu replied, "You're not qualified to know my name."
As she moved to capture the man, someone suddenly burst into the room, shouting nervously, "Shen Mu! Shen Mu!"
The man acted quickly, grabbing a spider web decoration from the ground and throwing it at Shen Mu's face. Instinctively, she dodged it.
But in the blink of an eye, the man had risen and had his arm around the newcomer's throat.
Jiang Anning cried out in alarm as the man held her in a chokehold.
