Yuki stopped absorbing electricity and approached the man. He passed his hand through the bars of his cell and said:

The man, delighted, thought that this mutant was just a kid easily manipulated by a simple threat.
He had already decided that once free, he would denounce this mutant to collect the bounty offered for their capture. This would allow him to live comfortably for a while. As for denouncing the gang that had captured him, he didn't even consider it: those merciless criminals were far too dangerous for him to take that risk.
And the idea that Yuki might mean him harm? Impossible! If this mutant had an offensive power, how could he have been captured by a simple gang? His power must be limited, probably requiring a long recovery time after each use, making him harmless.
If Yuki had not transmigrated into this body and had not awakened the system, this man would have been right. But now, Yuki, with his system, was very different!
