"Hmm... I don't know how to express my feelings; that's why my relationship never last more than a year!", exclaimed my friend Phuntsho. He was amongst the few boys in the class, who wasn't into substance alongside me. One of my old batch mate, Bidha proposed him and wanted to be in a relationship. Well initially Phuntsho was confused and didn't know what to do, but eventually ended up in a relationship. Bidha and I were relative from my father's side and therefore, Phuntsho kept asking lots of questions about her. Well, I was and still am a person who doesn't talk and explore around. I told Phuntsho,"Ahhh... I might not be the right person to enquire about Bidha. I know we are relative, but hardly have I ever talked with her". After I said that, Phuntsho was bit annoyed as he thought I might be lying.
During the break time, Phuntsho would go at a nearby secluded corridor of the school, whereby he could have some private talks with Bidha. He took the full 10 minutes of break with Bidha and I thought they might have enjoyed there time talking lots of things, but only toy disappointment. What he did and what I thought were completely opposite, he couldn't utter a single word properly because he was so nervous. When he told me that, I burst out laughing....🤣
Before he ended up in a relationship, he told me that he would do that,this, and so on; but on contrary he couldn't even utter a word infront of Bidha. After few minutes of vigorous laughing, I realised that it might hamper his confidence and apologized for my unpleasant behaviour.
He was happy as ever to be in a relationship, even I was happy for his progress but confused about my own😵💫
