"Wait a moment!" Before Obito could finish, Danzo interrupted. "With Shinobi no Sekai in chaos and Iwagakure under attack, do you really think a slogan alone will get them to respond?"
"Of course not. I'll give you some substantial information to convince them!" Obito tossed over several photographs. "For instance... Akatsuki's main base is located in Amegakure, and Hanzo has been trapped in Genjutsu."

"I've already told you—we have no way left to back down!" Obito stated solemnly. "Either we become the new rulers of this world, or we burn out like embers!"
"Alright then, what are your plans once you've lured them to the summit?"
Obito made up on the spot, "The organization has developed a special puppet-insect capable of controlling enemy bodies. While it's difficult to affect the strong, when combined with Aizen's Genjutsu, even a Kage can be manipulated!"
"Once we control the other four Kages during the meeting, we'll stage a fake battle. When Seiki Shimaseki arrives, the four Kages will jointly activate the Four Scarlet Flames Formation to trap him inside! Without Seiki Shimaseki and the Four Kages, wouldn't this world naturally belong to us?"
