"It certainly does!" Black Zetsu continued bluffing. "Lord Madara said the Sage of Six Paths once created a monster known as the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path specifically as a cage to imprison the Bijuu!"
"A cage?" Yahiko's eyes widened.
"Exactly," Black Zetsu nodded. "It was precisely because we learned that you could summon the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path that we decided to join you!"
"But what exactly is the use of this cage?"
"Obviously, it's to tame the chakra of the Bijuu, turning their wild power into something gentle and usable! According to legend, it was with tamed Bijuu chakra that the Sage of Six Paths brought happiness to mankind!"
"Is there such a legend?" Konan still seemed skeptical.
