"Be careful. The people opposing us are quite unusual, especially, cough cough!"
Kirei Kotomine spoke with obvious gravity in his voice, but before he could finish his warning, blood spurted from his mouth.
Although he had blocked Rin Tohsaka's devastating punch at the last possible moment, he had still suffered severe internal injuries. Both hands were broken, and his internal organs had been displaced by the tremendous impact.
It was difficult to imagine that the once 'fragile' Rin Tohsaka had become so overwhelmingly powerful.
"Silence, mongrel. Do you truly believe these insects could pose any threat to me?"
Gilgamesh kept one hand casually in his pocket while regarding Victor and his companions with supreme arrogance and disdain.
"They are nothing more than ants crawling before a king."
Just ants, no matter how strong they might appear, how could they possibly compare to a Heroic Spirit? Especially one as magnificent and supreme as himself!
Meanwhile, Victor approached Rin Tohsaka's position with Chloe beside him.
"Is that man my father's Servant?" Rin asked, her eyes burning with hatred as she stared at the blonde figure.
He had played a crucial role in her father's death as well!
Victor nodded grimly. "That's correct, Gilgamesh, the legendary King of Heroes."
"Leave him to me, and focus your attention on dealing with Kirei Kotomine."
With Rin Tohsaka's current cultivation level, she wasn't yet strong enough to face Gilgamesh in direct combat.
Rin understood Victor's tactical assessment and nodded in agreement. She immediately launched another assault on Kirei Kotomine.
Abandoning her traditional gem magecraft, she combined talisman papers with spiritual power to form a devastating lightning spell that crackled toward Kirei's head with lethal precision.
However, Rin's attack was intercepted by a golden shield that materialized from thin air.
Kirei seized this momentary protection to pivot and flee at full speed.
Seeing her target escaping, Rin immediately gave chase.
But at that critical moment, golden ripples began manifesting throughout the surrounding space.
"Insolent fool!" Gilgamesh roared in fury. "How dare you ignore the presence of a king? Perish for your disrespect!"
As his words echoed through the night, an ornate sword emerged from the spatial ripples and flew toward Rin at tremendous velocity.
Just as the blade was about to pierce through her heart, a hand suddenly appeared and grasped the sword's hilt with absolute precision.
Upon closer inspection, it was Victor who had intercepted the lethal projectile.
Witnessing this audacious display, Gilgamesh's fury intensified beyond measure. "How dare you touch my treasure with your filthy hands!"
"This transgression is unforgivable!"
Dozens of additional golden ripples materialized throughout the space as the King of Heroes prepared to unleash his full wrath.
A veritable barrage of magnificent weapons shot forth from the dimensional portals, each one a priceless Noble Phantasm.
"Too weak," Victor observed with casual dismissal.
He gripped the captured sword firmly and swept it through the air in a single fluid motion. A crescent of pure sword energy erupted from the blade, effortlessly slicing through the incoming arsenal with overwhelming force!
The devastating energy wave continued its trajectory, passing directly over Gilgamesh's head and shearing away a significant portion of his golden locks, leaving him with what could generously be described as a Mediterranean hairstyle.
Gilgamesh's eyes widened in absolute shock and disbelief.
Dozens of B+-rank Noble Phantasms had been destroyed by a single sword technique!
Moreover, the enemy had used his own treasure to annihilate his collection!
The sheer audacity was beyond comprehension, this was nothing less than the ultimate humiliation!
The realization struck him like a physical blow, and Gilgamesh found his legendary composure cracking under the weight of such unprecedented disrespect. He was so consumed by rage that he didn't even notice the golden strands falling from his head.
"Mongrel! Remove your contaminated grasp from my property this instant!"
Victor examined the sword in his hand with theatrical appreciation. "You want your treasure returned? Why didn't you simply ask? How could I possibly know your desires without proper communication?"
"Since you're so eager to reclaim it, I'll be happy to return it to you."
With those words, Victor hurled the sword back toward its original owner.
BOOM!
The moment the blade left his grip, it instantly shattered the sound barrier, creating a deafening sonic boom that reverberated across the cemetery.
Every window within a hundred-meter radius exploded simultaneously, showering the area with glittering fragments.
Gilgamesh's pupils contracted as he tracked the incoming projectile.
Such incredible speed!
However, his shock quickly transformed into arrogant confidence.
That weapon belongs to me!
The very idea of using his own treasure as an attack against him was laughable beyond measure!
After all, he possessed absolute dominion over every item in his treasury!
A golden ripple immediately manifested before him as he prepared to effortlessly catch the returning sword.
The corners of Victor's mouth curved into a wickedly anticipatory smile.
Seeing that expression, Gilgamesh suddenly felt an ominous premonition crawling up his spine.
At that precise moment, he discovered to his horror that the sword, which should have flown directly into his waiting portal, had somehow slipped completely beyond his control and was now racing straight toward his most vulnerable area.
Terror flashed across the King of Heroes' features as he desperately attempted to dodge.
However, the blade seemed to possess its own malevolent consciousness, executing an impossibly sharp turn to maintain its devastating trajectory.
With a sickening slice, the sword passed through his lower regions with surgical precision.
A small but critically important piece of anatomy fell from beneath his luxurious garments.
Blood immediately stained his expensive trousers a vivid crimson.
"AAAAHHHHH!"
The next instant, a scream of such pure agony erupted from Gilgamesh's throat that it seemed to shake the very foundations of the earth and cause even the spirits of the dead to weep in sympathy.
The once-mighty King of Heroes collapsed to his knees, hunching forward as he clutched his devastated groin, his face contorted in unimaginable torment.
Observing this gruesome spectacle, Chloe instinctively covered her own lower regions in sympathetic horror.
Although she wasn't male, she understood that such pain transcended human endurance.
She hadn't expected this seemingly sunny and handsome man to possess such ruthlessly underhanded combat methods.
With this disturbing realization, she unconsciously stepped backward, increasing the distance between herself and Victor.
[Ding! Your actions were too abstract, you gained 3,000 Abstract Points!]
The system notification chimed pleasantly in Victor's mind.
That was correct, he had just employed his abstract ability: Fatal Chicken Strike!
As expected of a Heroic Spirit, Gilgamesh hadn't even lost consciousness from the overwhelming pain.
After all, the Fatal Chicken Strike also included a thousandfold pain amplification effect!
"Excellent! This way I can harvest even more Abstract Points," Victor mused with genuine satisfaction.
The sword that had completed its grisly work returned to his grasp with perfect timing.
He immediately activated another abstract ability: 100% Barehanded Blade Catch!
Gilgamesh, who lay writhing in agony on the ground, suddenly felt an irresistible force pulling his body forward against his will.
The hands that had been desperately pressed against his wound suddenly moved of their own accord, and blood gushed from his mutilated lower body like a crimson rocket engine, propelling him through the air toward Victor.
Within moments, he found himself positioned directly before his tormentor.
Gazing up at the slowly descending blade, genuine despair flickered in the King of Heroes' eyes.
This is how my legend ends!
Perhaps death would be a mercy, at least he would no longer have to endure this unbearable suffering.
CLANG!
Just as Gilgamesh prepared to close his eyes and embrace oblivion, he discovered that his hands had risen above his head with apparent autonomy, catching the falling sword with perfect precision.
Chloe, who remained unaware of the supernatural forces at work, stared in complete bewilderment.
Isn't this incredibly abstract?
He fought so desperately just to retrieve a single treasure!
How admirable his dedication!
Fortunately, Gilgamesh couldn't hear Chloe's thoughts, or he might have literally died from indignation.
[Ding! Your actions were too abstract, you gained 3,000 Abstract Points!]
Another three thousand Abstract Points were credited to his account, filling Victor with joy.
Unfortunately, that was where his demonstration would have to end.
His remaining two abstract abilities were area-of-effect techniques that didn't discriminate between friend and foe, making them too dangerous to use with allies present.
His primary concern was accidentally affecting Stelle and Rin Tohsaka.
If the two of them weren't in the vicinity, he might have used those abilities without restraint.
Chloe: What about me? Don't I count as a person?
