Georgia's POV
The supplements and the tea worked like an actual miracle. By the end of the week, I finally felt like a functioning human again. Sure, the mornings were still a bit… wobbly, but before lunch my nausea would magically evaporate like it never existed. I couldn't take Katie to school yet, so Nick did the morning shift while I handled the after-school pickup like a responsible, semi-stable mother.
But today? Today was different.
Not only was it the weekend… we were finally moving into our new home.
Our interior designer was a goddess among mortals. I didn't even have to step foot outside to pick furniture. She brought everything to me in her laptop, 3D layouts, videos, samples, while I sat at home juggling my hormones, my nausea, and a business meeting with Ella. Truly, a queen.
