Raymond was so drunk that Nancy had to call on the penthouse security guards just to help carry his weight up to his place. She didn't know the passcode, and Raymond was too far gone to even mutter it.
Thankfully, she fished his keycard out of his wallet, and the door clicked open with ease.
The guards placed him on the bed before leaving. As soon as the door shut, Nancy exhaled in relief and turned her attention to the mess sprawled before her.
She slipped his jacket off, then unbuttoned his shirt with steady hands, peeling the fabric away from his hot skin. Grabbing a warm towel, she wiped down his chest, arms, and face, carefully refreshing him.
When she finally leaned back, ready to grab him something clean to wear, a firm hand caught her wrist.
"Where are you going?" Raymond's voice was low, rough, and surprisingly clear.
